I'll figure it out, not had much time to get back to working on them at the moment anyway. Just done this wee walk cycle today. Putting skelegons in a box. Worked out quite well for first attempt. But the focus for next two weeks is modeling and animating a helicopter in Lightwave so need to get started on that. I know the video is shit by the way, and it seems to slide along the floor but I thought I'd post it anyway.

Got a few models going right now in Lightwave. Started doing a house interior. Taking a while as I'm going into alot of fine detail but it's good to learn as it's what I want to do when I finish uni, architectural modelling. Also started today to model a human head starting from just a box. Spend a good 3 hours on it and it's coming on well, but not really what I wanna get in to so don't know if I'll finish it or not. Tried to take a few snapshots there but I suck at doing stuff in Layout right now. And the head I'm doing is all polygony, not smooth like it appears in Modeler. What's the deal with that?

You get that feeling it's gonna be a great race as quali was so tight with lots of good racing. Can't wait for it.

I'm not like that, I'll take every choice as it comes and do the what I want for that particular event. I don't start the game and say I'm gonna be good or bad and that's it. It's boring if you do that!

Haha yeh, totally just you there mate. Considering I've got all golds in first 7 events so far and I'm sure hundreds more have done that and finished all 8 events on gold, must be something up with you.

Cool cheers, wasn't sure. Just make sure I'm using textures that are public domain for now then. I'll worry about making my own or personalising them in the future.

LOL!! How funny is this. I'm not impressed by the game myself so probably won't be buying it so can't help but laugh. Why oh why does it have to be recalled for this. I don't get it. Who honestly cares if it quotes something religious.

I think as a whole it's well done, not sure myself about the last page though as I don't know what's going on there and they might be confused by various random images with no words to explain. Personally I would either add more to explain it, or chuck that page altogether. Good luck though mate, your work is great so hope you get something outta this. In other news, I've started modelling a house today, using various technique's learned from books, internet and uni. When texturing, should I really be looking to make my own or is it okay to take brickwork, wood, etc from the internet? Especially if it's something your going to show in a portfolio like your own Asura.

Yeah TT and Speed Laps are just class, I love them. And as you say, it's one of the only racing games that does force you to learn every inch of the track to get the fullest out of it I think. And so satisfying in the end when you put that one perfect lap together. With Sebenco Climb, you do it near the end. After you go up the hill while in the tunnel. I can't think of the exact point, I just know it off heart now but I'm thinking it'll be like 1 ships length before the canopy overhead stops, I'm not sure. But your still inside the tunnel when you do it as the hill forces you up and over the chicane, if you do it right you'll go way high up, as you'll see if you go back a few pages to the pics I posted of me doing this, and can land right next to the corner and get a barrel roll in for a nice boost round the corner too while airbraking so you don't slam into the wall. Quite tricky to pull off without touching any walls but great when it works! Hope that helped.
