The 2nd CD on Lone's expanded Always In Your Head LP is goddaamn perfect. He's tearing it up and no mistake. Such an eclectic little EP, too. one of the tracks is essentially a BoC cover; the disc spans the 90s: breakbeat, acid, jungle, ambien. It's excellent.
Sherelle's remix, tho. Ridge Racer 4 energy.

Absolute belter of a coming-of-age lovestory by Paul Thomas Anderson. Everything is just pitch-perfect; the direction, the score, the music, the cinematography, the pacing, the acting, oh my god, the acting. The two leads are fucking phenomenal. PTA at the height of his power. This is what movies are.

I had a chat with Edan and Paten on their final tour together, and they said they'd been working on an album. Hopefully there's a fds more on the LP. Their live act was pretty mental too.
Paten was such a nice dude. Thanked me for buying his Bandcamp beat tape. Rest in power.
