Copshop (2021) Between this and Boss Level, I need more Joe Carnahan and Frank Grillo movies in my life. Throwing Gerard Butler and a bad-ass Alexis Louder into the mix, was just the icing on the cake. 5/5 -
The Batman - March 2022 - Robert Pattinson Confirmed as Batman

Surprised Warner haven't tried to cut it for a 12A, as per their usual M.O. The cuts to get Aquaman and Tenet a 12A, were some arbitrary bollocks. -
It looks fucking gorgeous on PS5, in Performance mode.

Sitting like a dick for ages, wondering why my copy of The Lost Legacy wouldn't let me update for a tenner. Then it clicked, I'd bought it when CDKeys were selling the US version dirt cheap. A $10 gift card and having to reset my US PSN password later and we're sorted.

Try playing Tomb Raider (2013) at any decent volume, without someone thinking you're a pervert.

Ghostbusters Afterlife (2021) Bad Boys For Life (2020) The Duke Nukem Forever of action movie sequels, long delayed and equally disappointing. Makes Lethal Weapon 4 look like Lethal Weapon 2. 2/5 -
You could replace Richard Madden and Gemma Chan with blocks of wood and it'd make no difference.

Uncle Buck's more threatening than this version of Boba. -
If you don't think TRIGGER were taking the piss with Kill la Kill, I can't even...

What games did you complete? 2022 Edition

The Gunk - Xbox Series X Out of all the shite I've downloaded from Game Pass of late, The Gunk is the only one that I not only didn't uninstall after having the tits bored off me for a couple of hours, but I actually finished. Is it perfect? No. It loses something towards the end, culminating in a clichéd boss battle, (that thankfully doesn't have a ridiculous difficulty spike), but fuck it if it still wasn't a joy to play through. Now to finish Kena, after I got lost in the forest somewhere... -
Sticking to the action template of T2, is one of the many things that they've done wrong. There's room for genuine scares, if you think about some of the things that The Sarah Connor Chronicles and Dark Fate delved into. Terminators being infiltration units first and foremost, means that they could literally be anyone. Imagine finding out that your doting other half was a T-1000 and you had what you think is information on their target. What would you do?

I view Jenny-Says as what would happen, if Marvel made a Terminator movie.

Die Hard and DHWAV are the only two I consider proper entries. Renny Harlin made a better Die Hard-esque movie in Cliffhanger, than Die Hard 2 IMO.

There aren't any extras in the UHD only LOTR or Hobbit trilogy sets.

Paramount recently released a fancy remaster of Vanilla Sky, on its Paramount Presents label. However, the recent German release is exactly the same disc: I picked this up for under a tenner including shipping, from Amazon.de. Note: The rear cover does not list any bonus content, but this is the English main menu: It's possible that this might appear as an HMV exclusive at some point, but to date, Vanilla Sky remains unreleased on Blu-ray in the UK.

I'm glad I bought hooky Chinese black plates, that do the same job for half the price.
