  1. Stella's tepid contribution versus Stuart's laughable behaviour then.. Hm.
  2. Christ, Stuart genuinely is a child. Holy shit, "go on, hit me then."
  3. Did Jamie just say what I think he said? EDIT: Stewart's talking to himself's making me chuckle.
  4. "Cahm n ave a taste ah moi eeeels. Jelliiiiieeed." Brilliant.
  5. Ooof, Jamie vs Joanna's funny but awful. Like some showdown to find out who can condescend the other harder.
  6. Oh boy. As if the promise of Stewart offering his version of Laaaahndan wasn't gold enough, Sugar puts him in charge of Stella to boot. I won't be surprised if Stewart's entire game plan is to stitch her up.
  7. Been settling in under duvet with book and albums, including this, from one of the cosiest bands ever, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6vZMcxH9g8 Drinking stolen gin from the rich people's bar next door (and awkwardly) I'm leaning on the shoulder of the cousin who you chose to ignore
  8. One of the many musics that's swept straight past me over the years. I only became aware of them recently when Goldaline was telling me where her username came from. A little birdy is supposed to be giving me a selection of album recommendations, but keeps being absent in the mind. I've a strong suspicion that NMH will be in there somewhere so I've been holding out on getting to know the band until then, . I don't mind waiting; From the tiny amount I've heard, I've little doubt that I'm gonna fall pretty heavily for them, so allowing myself a little delay in listening will just make it all the sweeter.
  9. Buncha Robin S hating heathens you lot. Those first five songs were all corkers.

  11. Great songs tonight. Really enjoyed every choice.
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppJLI3YqwaQ I'm pretty certain that I've never been able to listen to this song without imagining being chased by a - most likely Caroline-esque demonically possessed - helicopter. The fourth minute of this track hasn't ever failed to bring me out in ridiculous goosebumps. Amazing song. That such a sound can come from just two people incredibles me. EDIT: P.S. This chorus won't leave me alone. Exasperating in its catchiness.
  13. I used the Dustloop forums when I gave Calamity Trigger a go. http://www.dustloop.com/forums/forum.php I dunno if it's a bit get-pushed-in-the-deep-end-ey though. I supposed I fared okay there as a fighting game reprobate when I was learning Taokaka. Unsure about the general tone of the place.
  14. Narcoleptic Fuerte doesn't really roll off the tongue, but paints a pretty picture.
  15. There's that, but it's more the matter that they're over-represented enough as it is that niggles at my twitches.
  16. 1st - 2. sidewaysbob 2nd - 5. The-Pope-Smokes-Dope! 3rd - 6. badsandwich
  17. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5J2dflSzrnM http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XuMvqejrHzg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T6QjWZujAls http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZE1I_PhbFUY tl;dr tl;dl - Ween. All bloody day.
  18. They played two Tiersen pieces from the Amelie soundtrack during that losers & winners bit (presumably to tie in to the cringe-worthy Paris trip). I'm not sure, but I think the cafe tune was Comptine d'Un Autre Ete. EDIT: I ust checked iPlayer, yep. (& excuse my lack of french accents in the spellings up there.)
  19. This came on the shuffle as I was walking home over the rec field. I had a pronounced little snowmoment with it.
  20. I really liked that hombre, . Loads and loads of great little lines you've put in there -- The air inside the house is like stale bread. -- & a fascinating scenario. I'm gonna vote TTK's Treat story though. It really hit the spot. Get something published man, I'd buy it in a snap.
  21. I love this song, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qz478Tz5Vo
