  1. Man, I Kate Bishop. (And Lucky)
  2. Pretty sure the vikings didn't have such annoying american accents. Would it have killed them to have made a bit of an effort?
  3. Played for the first time last night. Why didn't anyone tell me how tasty this game is? I can't believe it's not been mentioned anywhere before now. Yeah, I know.
  4. I've been enjoying it too - have completed year 1 twice now. Onto year two!
  5. Man, the second climbing wall is solid
  6. Magic Knight, is that you?

(apparently Lawn Mowing Simulator isn't Advanced Lawnmower Simulator, disappointingly)
  8. Now I work in the industry, I'm taking more notice than I used to, but still not as much as I used to know (in those heady, pre-kids, fun days!). I do wonder if reading Rllmuk counts as research for work....
  9. Ah, just saw it on the left. I was expecting to do it from within the inventory. Move on...
  10. Nice little game! 1 thing - how do you use the doohicky that removes the symbols?
  11. As well as being a lovely game (and making me hanker after my 20's again...), I discovered that the 01632 area code is set aside by ofcom for entirely fictional use!
  12. Good spot. Yes, it is! It's pretty decent, though I can't work out how much I like it - it sometimes feels a little like hard work, but not because it's complicated or anything. Just maybe it's not a load of FUN. I'm half tempted to sell it on, tbh, as if I want a set collection game (which it ultimately is), I prefer Nidavellir. If you ever fancy a game of Hadara, I'd be happy to play anytime - it's on https://www.yucata.de/en/Rules/Hadara
  13. It's here! Now just to work out where to store it (and when to play it!)
  14. Literally just finished my first game of Twilight Imperium 4. Played it online. With 7 players. With the expansion. To 14 points. I think it took us 14 sessions of 2-3 hours each. NEVER AGAIN.
  15. Brilliant thanks - I'll give it a go!
  16. So, I had another go with the oven on the weekend. I was mostly happy with the results (loved how the salami crisped up), but I think the tomato sauce is too 'wet' - I've been using the Mutti Pizza sauce straight from the can, but am thinking it needs reducing down a little. Any tips / recommendations? Also discovered that 420° isn't hot enough to cook courgette within a minute! Looks like I'll need to do a cheeky pre-cook of some of the veg in future. Pizza hot dogs sound AMAZING.
  17. Cool - and the swinging factor is the Omega is actually in stock! (though the lumbar support of the Titan is pretty tempting)
  18. *bump* I'm thinking of getting a new chair, and I like the look of the Omega - I'm 5'11 and 80kg but given that's bang on the recommended max height, I was wondering if I'd need a Titan instead. How are you finding it now after 6 months?
