I got my VR a few weeks back during the sales. Astro Bot is crazy good! I am such a dork playing it, it's so impressive. One little disappointment is the music - it's really good, but as there's only so many tracks, some levels have tunes which don't really fit. But still very lovely.

I've also been on Star Trek: Bridge Crew with friends. We all barely know anything about the show (sorry) but it's a blast. Not likely to cause sickness since you're just sat in chairs. You don't even need VR and it's crossplay with PC as well! Buy.

I didn't think Studge was completely awful. He played some really decent inventive balls. Shades of his old form but still some distance away.

I'm really tempted to jump in but I'm absolutely garbage with motion sickness. Should I just leave it? I really wanna play Astro Bot!

Just checked the writing cast out of curiosity and there's no reason why this shouldn't be good. Bill Oakley and Josh Weinstein showran Seasons 7 and 8 of The Simpsons. David X Cohen co-created Futurama and worked on classic Simpsons. There's definitely talent there besides Groening.

 

Can't wait to inevitably come back in a few hours and declare it shit.

There's an familiarity about Disenchanted, but nearly every joke I saw had been done in the Simpsons or Futurama before. It immediately felt stale for me.

I gave up the first episode after 20 minutes. It seems to only be bothering with trying to be funny and it just barely happens. Tried 10 mins of the next episode and the only good parts were with Matt Berry.

Dogshit.

Dunno where this would fit, but the new Andrew WK album... is not good. It's really disappointing, to be honest.

The album struggles to generate many catchy hooks or riffs. The life advice stuff is as shallow as his fence-sitting columns, there's nearly nothing there. There are 3 solid tracks, as the opener, the next track, and Total Freedom.

Close Calls is one of my favourite albums. It is complex, layered, concise, provoking and fun. We're Not Alone barely hits these heights and plods along. The tracks are not tightly packed like previous efforts and are often poorly derivative of other artists.

A shame out of 10.

The new BtBaM is great though!

I'd like to suggest we stop using custom clubs going forward? Only use the standard ones we've leveled up through playing. The gold clubs can throw the balance off a bit, but it's a fair win for Kelthink as club type allowed was "any".   

I'm still confused but I'm fine saying you won!

That was a fab result. Began the day thinking we would have lost it, so to nick it at the end was crazy.

I've no issue with rotation, because it's exactly what we need. Any team we put out would have struggled today. Just...why is Solanke starting? He's adding nothing. Ings would work so much better, Solanke is a substitute at the moment. I can't remember much that he did today.

They'd have to considerably change things if so. There's nothing dependant on time of day or year. There's very little you can catch or pick. There's no conflict you can have with your animal visitors.

I'm back! Completely forgot to call back after surgery so sorry for that one.

I'm not impressed with Klopp's tactics. And I haven't been for a while. They're the same every week. Great when they work, but otherwise predictable. 4-3-3, same players, yeah.

On the bench we have Sturbridge, Solanke, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Robinson, Grujic, Ings and will soon have Lallana. Why not be starting with any of them? They might not be better but could spice things up. Different formations as well.

I'd kill if we rotated like we did under Rafa. And made far more tactical substitutions before 75 minutes.

I'm sitting out this week (already!), I've got surgery tomorrow so Monday's a no-no. Plenty of time after I'm sent home though! Happy golfing, guys.

For whatever reason I'm blundering all over the shop trying to get an acceptable score for the mirror version of the Green CC! Haven't bought Balata yet through laziness...
