    Its an issue with the memory card. Copy all your data off the memory card to your pc. Ensure the psp is connected to your pc, go to start, run and type: Format X: /FS:FAT Where X is your psp. Follow the on screen prompts. When done, copy your stuff back to the card. Should fix it.
