  1. I'm putting together a piece of research around Overwatch and what your character choice says about you as a person and the kind of information this leaks online. Would anyone here be interested in doing a survey around your character selection, followed by a few personality type questionnaires (proper ones not 'what's your stripper name?' type stuff). If you do the survey you'll also be entered into a draw to win a voucher for the gaming platform of your choice... https://cranfielduniversity.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3f99XxXW2G73zCZ Please feel free to share far and wide with anyone you know who plays Overwatch
  2. I'm torn between ordering this as a physical copy or a digital download. I usually err on the side of a physical release because I like having an actual box and cartridge, it just feels more special. But I think that Mario is likely to be the one game I want to be able to play wherever I am without having to think about taking additional cartridges. Decisions.
  3. I saw this last night and really enjoyed it, I think perhaps on a par with the original film but I think I'm missing something on the overarching plot.
  4. I’ve just booked for the science Museum imax. Never been there before
  5. Netflix in the UK are doing a new episode every Sunday so we're getting them a week behind the US
  6. Burping and stuttering are the best bits. Every show needs a USP
  7. I'd always assumed that everything wasn't necessarily shown chronologically? As in two sequential scenes don't happen at exactly the same time.

    Twin Peaks

Coop is never coming back is he?
  9. I'd have said the best I've seen so far are: Moonlight La La Land Manchester By the Sea Wonder Woman A Monster Calls Logan But this year's cinema fun has been slightly hampered by the arrival of Oli Jnr
  10. I can't remember any of the characters' names. The highlight of the film was Fassbender's delivery of
  11. If this is the reason we're not getting Neil Blomkamp's Aliens sequel then I'm very sad.

    Nintendo Switch

I just bought one. That is all
  13. Agreed the third is weak but the fight at end was, at the time anyway, one of the best realised superhero fights.

I can't wait. My first baby is due on the 3rd, hoping I can get to a showing before it arrives!
  15. I really liked it and the final scene had me more excited than it probably should have done.
  16. What's the final reveal? I've seen it and I'm struggling to remember anything unexpected.
  17. It's great, it's just a comforting warm hug of a show.
  18. The Son (and the episode after it) are two of the best episodes in the whole series, but also utterly heartbreaking.
  19. I'm pretty sure Deadpool was #driveby? Why are people putting Suicide Squad and BvS:DoJ anywhere near a 'best films' list? The former was offensively bad in places the latter was like two kids playing with action figures making up a story as they went along. I'm still thinking through my list but Arrival, Girl with all the Gifts, Kubo and the Two Strings, Hunt for the Wilderpeople and Hail, Caesar! will be up there.
  20. Oh man. Brace yourself for season 4 on the train
  21. I saw it in a packed screen but it seemed like a lot of people were expecting a bit more action. The guy across the aisle from me was moaning to his girlfriend about it being boring. He then complained that there were 'no lasers'. On on the way out there were a fair few people complaining that nothing happened and it was pointless. So much wrong
  22. Just back from seeing it, I thought it was superb although I'm still trying to process it all.
