Wattam did absolutely nothing for me. Played it to completion looking for a part that might charm me, but just nothing. And I loved Katamari & Noby Noby Boy.

This didn't age well

I just can't believe there isn't a single strandbeest in the game anywhere. They're literally built for traversing beaches!

A few of the things i like about Jedi Outcast, (from my rose tinted memory): The first few hours are there deliberately to make you feel the difference in power - to know what it feels like to be a jedi compared to being a normal dude, with the chapter concluding with you being handed your own ass by the game's villain. While its sequel, Jedi Academy, is a great game, it misses that contrast. It's one of the only SW games where a lightsaber kills in one hit. You can unlock full dismemberment if I recall. I think it was with a cheat code. You can force jump up into the air, then force pull a bunch of stormtroopers up into the air with you, then land on your feet as they all drop like rain around you. You can force-choke an enemy, pick them up and drop them off a ledge. Or just swing them around bashing them into stuff. The one-on-one jedi/sith fights were amazingly tense. It's got Lando in it.

First impressions: It's Shadow of the Colossus without a horse. And there's only one colossus, whose name is America.

Well Elder Scrolls comes with a legacy, and thus there's some expectation which can be either met or not met. Starfield will be whatever it will be. It's like ME: Andromeda and Anthem. Anthem may have been arguably worse, but Andromeda also had the added effect of killing the ME franchise.

I think if Cuphead had come out 20 years ago, no-one would bat an eye at this or consider it any more than a homage, which makes this the game dev equivalent of a controversial "too soon" joke.

Nah it's ok,I've completed it now.

It's kind of a shame that revealing the final section of the map, that's like an 8th of the whole world, turns out to be a crappy rapids minigame that I used once and forgot about.

Any reviews yet? My one concern is that it'll be super short.

As someone who's worked with a few voice acting studios both in america and UK, it depends on the studio you use. For some of them it's down to available casting talent, for others it's who's directing them. I'll admit the most consistent level of quality has been a uk studio though
