Anyone else tried Gran Kinara ‘Parmesan’? It’s a vegetarian rennet based hard cheese made using (otherwise) traditional process. For Burger and Beyond the meat burger are excellent - avoid the veggie burgers, last one my wife had was wet mush. Only been to the Shoreditch branch. I really enjoyed Black Bear Burger (Shoreditch and Brixton), possibly the best bun I’ve had. We used Oatly for our early Christmas dinner last night. Worked well.

Always wanted to try a dough with a poolish so will give this a shot next week. I’ve been really happy with this (very low effort) recipe in my pizzaiolo: 523g flour 324g water 13g salt .86g yeast - Add yeast to flour, mix. - Make a well, pour water to a custard consistency then add all salt. - Add remaining water and mix until it’s come together. - Put whole batch in a large tub in the fridge for 48/72 hours. - Ball then cover on counter 4/6 hours before cooking Interested to see what a poolish can do!

I had the same issue, from reading around it was due to killing the boss outside of that arena and using a reconstruct thing. I had to restart… the following run felt so much easier, particularly with the additional weapon perks I’d unlocked.

I think so, yes. Chemex is the cleanest cup, really thick filters which works great for some filters.

I think our next step was buying numerous types of filter brewers… Chemex is still our go to for bulk but single cups move between V60s and Kalitas.

All the manomasa ones I’ve had have been pretty great.

Sainsbury’s have refreshed their Beerhawk collaboration. Looking forward to trying the To-ol and Vocation ones in particular. There were a few others including a (sold out) NEIPA Brew Dog / Mikeller collaboration.

The CEC features are great quality of life improvements - since they were never updated on PS4 I thought they’d never come.

Looks like Apple Arcade has just added 15+ ‘classic’ App Store games including: The Room 2 Threes Mini Metro Reigns Badland Leos Fortune Blek Seems like a good strategy going forward, quality has been a bit hit and miss with the other titles.
