  1. I slacked on my Expanse reading once I got to Babylon's Ashes for a year. Finally got it done and now onto Persepolis Rising. Not seen season 3 yet due to the fucked up situation after the cancellation/renewal so hopefully it's on Amazon Prime soon as I suspect season 3 gets interesting.
  2. Only started watching this after a colleague use to go on about it all the time. Absolutely brilliant! After catching up to the current series I watched James Acaster's Netflix specials because of his appearance on Taskmaster.
  3. Well, first game of the year done. 04/01 Assassin's Creed Origins I feel like this game is a return to form. Probably the first Assassin's Creed I've truly enjoyed since Brotherhood. Hopefully they take some time again to make the sequel and not push for the yearly AC games.

  6. Yeah, I was sold by watching the trailer thinking it was a straight up parody about drawing dicks on cars but it ended up being more than that. By the time I got to the final episode I'm like "but who drew the dicks?" The guy that played Dylan was fantastic. Also loved the show's intro had the character's credited.
  7. Well I said something like we call each other cunts or something, emphasising the forum is more laid back including mods. Unless you act a cunt.
  8. Signed up with a hotmail account. I just want somewhere I can watch the The Game Awards meltdown. EDIT: I have to admit that I think it's an amazing that the biggest gaming forum implodes and a new forum is created with almost 7,000 members within the space of a week.
  9. He's apparently preparing a statement but whenever the fuck that statement gets released is up to anyone's guess.
  10. My account got validated earlier this year. Oh well.
  11. None of them hold a candle to my man, Kai Leng.
  12. For me that's interfering with play. He initially moves for the ball before realising he's offside and he is basically right next to the ball before he leaves it for Sanchez. I would love to see video technology handle this type of goal when it isn't so black and white.
  13. I managed to fix it but it was definitely a bug, and not the first one I've experienced with Dave. I'm not sure what caused it but after I accepted the quest from Cindy I took a little detour to the Chocobo Ranch to do one of Prompto's Photo Ops side quests. I had a save just before accepting the quest so I went straight to Longwythe and Dave was waiting this time.
  14. Okay, I tried a Google search and I couldn't find anything that helps me so I'm someone here can. I started the quest "Let Sleeping Mountains Lie" from Cindy and she says to speak to Dave who is supposedly at Longwythe. I go there and Dave is nowhere to be seen. Going up to the quest marker does nothing. I've looked up the quest on YouTube and Dave should be standing in front of the door.
  15. Pretty much. I think most of us never truly believed it would release this year.
  16. But as long as an account has PS+ on the console, then others can take advantage of some of the benefits. My brother has never had PS+ yet he has played games online using his account on my console such as Uncharted 4, Chivalry, and Destiny. As far as I know, as long as you set that PS4 as your primary then it should be okay.
  17. It's what I do. I still haven't bought Hitman because of my backlog but I would rather wait and play a full game than play individual episodes with no proper release schedule. Hitman did release was fairly consistent but a slightly longer wait between episodes 1 and 2 as well as a two month gap between episodes 3 and 4. I also heard that portions of the game are locked behind online which is a bitch.
  18. Me, too! I'm also prepping a NG+ Insanity run after this so I felt it would be beneficial for me to get the most out of this first run.
  19. It's funny because watching that scene, I was thinking that he might have been good as Danny Rand/Iron Fist.
  20. I saw this on Netflix and it peaked my curiosity. Turns out it's a show from ABC so I thought this wouldn't be worth my time.
  21. It may have been Mortal Kombat for me but Perfect Dark is the first in that I have a clear memory of getting and playing the game and I remember it having an 18 certificate which was a big deal for a Nintendo game to have.
  22. Spot on. Someone close to me committed suicide a few years back so any scene involving suicide throws me back to that day. I do have a dark sense of humour, but it's hard to laugh at that sort of stuff now, and South Park was my favourite show for the longest time. As for the parents splitting up, mine separated when I was too young to understand it that whenever a kid in movies/television became depressed etc as a result of separation I use to dismiss it as an overreaction, I didn't get it simply because I experienced it differently than what we usually see in entertainment.
