Cocktails are ace. (Manhattans very good) Beer is brewed on site. The rye was tasty
We we had blood sausage and house wurst for starters and then smoked feather blade and smoked Pork Jowl for mains with bone marrow mash and chilli slaw. The mash itself is to die for. The Jowl, a symphony in smoky fatty goodness.
Bliss.
We got a mini tour of the kitchen and smokers and it's just brilliant
it's like bbq but very British. Almost like st.john with the nose to tail eating but a serious meat lovers paradise.
I may have gout.
