This is brilliant! I have been playing SF2 in 'quarter mode' for the past three hours and even when some americans joined us (I was playing with a friend that lives in the same city) there was no fucking lag at all. And no, I wasn't hosting. Oh man this is so much fun, pure gameplay and skills. I was destroying the American kids with my Blanka, but then they chose Vega* and managed to beat me.

*By Vega I mean the final boss. There's one thing I don't like about this game, and that is the messed up names of the bosses. Why the fuck have they called Vega M.Bison again?

Are you used to the Japanese names?

I dunno why they swapped the boss names around outside Japan. Maybe because M Bison for the boxer sounds too much like M Tyson.

For me, M Bison will always be the final boss.

My connection gained TEH BORK, and things went somewhat wrong, so I had to stop playing. Cheers for the games, and for playing as someone other than Ken for me

To everyone else, SFII really is ace, but:

1) The 360 pad is not

2) The lobby netcode is not (but in-game is fine)

3) The boss characters look awful without the extra frames of animation the later games in the series added - Bison especially.

4) Quitters.
