How much money have you made in total from poker/blackjack? also...

I don't know but would definitely like to know. therearerules - stick at it mate, no point stopping now (for Coral at least). And there is such a thing as Free Money :)

No chance. wagered £160 lost £30. To wager £800 I'm gonna end up losing far too much. Maybe that's just Coral, I followed the chart exactly and they just seemed to constantly luck out. Hell they must have done to beat me that badly. Once bitten etc, no more for me, no more. The dumbest thing I could do would be to not learn a lesson from this.

i have tried to do this and signed up for coral. i have added £50 to my account and played £800 worth of hands.

i now have £62 in my account. will the bonus be added on top of that?

can someone tell me what i need to do next. do i have to play more hands before i can withdraw.

is there any point in leaving it there with coral.

just wagered through the bonuses on my best and worst casinos so far, £443.22 profit from bluesq and £16 from VC.

more importantly, this takes me to a current total of £1153.03, in just under 2 weeks (2 weeks tomorrow evening). how wonderful ;)

Log out of Coral, log back in again, your bonus should have been applied on top giving you £112 in total. Nicely done for your first casino :D

Very well done that man :P

"On the casino table itself, there is a tab at the top in the centre of the screen. Click it and it will drop down, it should show the pending bonus. It won't tell you how much you've wagered though, you need to keep count yourself, or ask their customer services."

Thanks for that. Found what I needed :D

Right then, after a day and a half on Coral, I completed my 800 stake for a profit of £21! Not great, but a profit. Found Coral would go on seriously hurtful runs (four dealer blackjacks and two 21's in 7 hands, and a run where I had 2 wins and 1 push in 27 deals!). Anyway, decided to go for the monthly bonus and set off on my 250 stake. Wasn't until I had staked £250 that I realised they have increased the requirement to £625! Pretty big jump! But I carried on anyway like an idiot and finally did it for another £6.50 profit.

So, one casino down and £27.50 up in two days. Just so long as they process my withdrawl requests that is!

Well, just checked my bank account and Coral haven't even debitted my account the £75 yet!

Hi,

Couple of quick questions.

Just signed up to Virgin and got the £50 bonus (+ £20 playing blackjack :) beginners luck!) anyway a couple of things confused me.

1. In the terms and conditions it says blackjack doesn't count towards you total stake - but I only played blackjack and still managed to turn my bonus into cash. How come?

2. Could I have signed up, deposited £50, got the bonus, withdrew my £50, then only bet using the free bonus (so I wouldn't have actually risked anything)? Would my bonus still have turned into cash after the £500 stake barrier?

Cheers.

1. I'm not sure yet. My email to customer services hasn't been replied to yet so I'm not quite sure what's going on, considering their blackjack-allowed set of rules was supposed to be valid til June 31st. If you managed to get away with just blackjack that's encouraging for the rest of us but like I said, I don't know the official line on it.

2. I doubt it. The majority of the terms and conditions for casinos say that you can't withdraw anything before finishing the full wager requirements, deposit and bonus, or you invalidate your bonus. Virgin might be different but I wouldn't risk it, just leave your deposit in your account whilst you're wagering the bonus through then withdraw it all at once.

profit or account balance? bloody good either way

I lost a fair amount of it when wagering through the bonus.

Tip 1: Don't be greedy.

Tip 2: Don't chase it on a losing streak.

I feel absolutely sick to my stomache. I could honestly phsyically be sick.

I also suggest nobody uses a debit card with 888 (casino-on-net)

They require verification.

Good tips. What the hell size hands were you playing anyway? I mean, you got lucky to get to £1100 but it could so easily have gone the other way. By playing larger hand sizes you not only lose more when you lose, you also reduce the number of hands you have to play - good if you're trying to race through the wagering, but the fewer the hands the less likely they are to average out so your results are sometimes a bit skewed from the average.

Also which debit card did you use with 888?

I just did Victor Chandler with limited success. The thought of doing £5000 in £1 bets is too much, so I did £5. Wiped out my £250 deposit by £3000, put another £200 in to complete the £5000, finished with £459.50 (including bonus), so £9.50 up. Woo-and-hoo.

How long does that sort of wager requirement take to do with £1 bets?

Ok, so I did the 32Red one. How the heck anyone can auto play 2600 hands in 1hr 24 mins is a mystery to me, as it has taken about 20 hours for me to get it done!

Was going realy well with about £400 left to stake, looking at £150 profit. Then it absolutely spanked me down to a £54 profit! Have never seen anything like it, and I now have some sympathy for the peeps I used to deal to in the casino.

No animation, no sounds, no time between hands. If you had even 2 seconds between hands (which is the default setting) then 2600 hands will have taken 5200 seconds longer, which is 87 minutes more!

Edit: Shitty maths on my part.

Ah. Never new about the animation and sounds bit. Had the zero seconds between hands, but cheers for the info.

Get Minted provided me with my bonus in under 24 hours, just played that through for a total profit of £61, my best yet!

Just wish I could make the hundreds the rest of you seem to be hitting!

far, far too long. i started off doing £5 bets on VC but i lost too much so i changed down to £1 bets. eventually, i decided that if i went up by a tenner from where i was, i'd bet £2. if i went up a tenner from there, £3 and so on, dropping back down to £1 if i lost a tenner. which sped things up considerably. but still took ages. all for £16 profit

edit: also doesn't help that the VC software is a pile of shit. no turbo mode? idiots!

I've been doing something similar to that.

I was showing a couple of mates the 32Red site, playing itself while I had a smoke in the back garden. I was £160 up at the time, with £3k played through. They were well impressed. By the time I finished it later on that evening, I'd lost the lot. Arse.

This might be a daft question, but can anyone provide a list of all the casino's that can be bonus bagged, but have the auto play feature, as the thought of sitting through another couple of thousand hands is starting to depress me.

Me too. I've done 32red and the £10 minimum bet at ladbrokes scares me.

Who's done it? and how did it work out for you? £200 deposit at £10 a hand, I can EASILY see a losing streak wiping that out very quickly.

I was a right jammy git with the 32red one. Set up the autoplay and left it running overnight. Woke up to 100 profit from play, played the rest of the requirement and ended up with 100 bonus + 147 profit from play. Woo.

As for playing through bonuses at 1 quid a go - I did that on the skybet 5000 wr bonus. I can't bring myself to increase the bet size as I know it will increase the already wild swings even more. Why take more risk than you need to? just leave it and do some more tomorrow

Could you post the answer you get from customer services if you ever get it please?

Have been reading this thread and haven't found an answer, so I'm curious.. as someone who doesn't play and has no intention of doing so, what do people reckon is a normal amount to make in a month on x initial investment? Specify x, obviously. This is really just to satisfy my curiosity.. but would appreciate an answer!

thanks for the info guys, and the Ladbrokes one is scaring me too!

I seem to be running out of options due to a mispent youth, and finding out that I have already had accounts at one time or another at most of the available sites. Those that I haven't used either have a ridiculously high stake level, or have added blackjack to the banned list.

And Gandhi, not sure if it is much help but I only started on Friday lunchtime, so so far...

Coral - £50 in, £77.50 out

Get Minted - £50 in, £111.00 out

32 Red - £100 in, £154.00 out

And that is poor compared to a lot of people.
