you can never, ever, withdraw the 300 pounds. Its not coming out whatever you do. So you can either try a riskier scheme of getting your money through various sytems because youve got 400 to play with, maybe try doubling till youve made fifty.

Yeh, it changed recently to a normal bonus. Pretty amazing really. I have it in writing from their customer support as well, it's not just a lapse in their terms and conditions.

It's like a pioneer of t'internet I think. Anyway, they use Playtech software which is super fast and common throughout the industry so I have no doubt they're "fair".

Whilst I had a look at the new terms and conditions when this topic first cropped up, I would be amazed if their intention is to offer a 100/300/8000 bonus.

I'm ready to take all bets that they change the terms to say that the bonus is non withdrawable very quickly - it's just a mistake. That's not to say that the won't honour it, as has been mentioned Golden Palace is pretty old school - if they make a fuckup they'll stick to anyone that has taken it up. Pile in I guess!

Before I use NETeller should I be aware of any charges etc for certain transactions? edit: it seems there's a 3.9% charge on CC deposits. Is that taken instantly? ie. will I have to put £105 in to have my £100 left to put into Golden Palace?

Is it necessary to upgrade to the Enhanced account?

nope, it adds it on top of whatever you deposit. i've done grand online and aspinalls first, going to withdraw from them into my neteller account so i don't have to pay the 3.9% on my golden palace deposit :ph34r:

If you want to get £100 into your Neteller account there are three options.

1. Wire transfer. Something like 8.9% fee, so really not worth it.

2. Credit card. Quite a few credit cards won't be accepted, my Nationwide Visa wasn't. Mastercards aren't accepted full stop. 3.9% fee on any deposit, so if you deposit £100 they'll charge £103.90 to your account.

3.Internet banking. The cheapest and most reliable, but takes 2-3 weekdays to complete (although what with all the bank holidays atm I've no idea what the eta on one of those would be). Requires you to have internet banking with your bank set up in the first place.

I've been told by someone on my forum that they won't honour withdrawals at any more than 2 of the casinos from this group. No idea where he found that info, nor how reliable it is, but it makes sense. Hit Golden Palace first (biggest bonus) then Online Casino, then just try your luck trying to do the others after that.

Thanks for that. I've a Mastercard so that's that cleared up. Guess I'll leave it until next Tuesday before thinking anymore about them. Not so sure I like how these online 'wallets' want your Driver Number and Passport Number.

edit: oh and could you point to where Golden Palace etc explain about not giving 300% on a simple CC/DC deposit.

I've been trying for pretty much the entire day to get money into Golden Palace. First my debit card wasn't accepted (they're not accepting Switch anymore apparently) and my Mastercard won't go through either. Randomly, as i was trying, some dude from the IM help started talking to me. I got chatting and he was recommending all this stuff i could try (very helpful). I'm now in the process of getting a MyCitadel account activated which i assume is just an alternative to NETeller. It's required scanning and mailing my driving licence and bank statement, so i hope things will work this time.

It was mad though, at one point this 'Trevor' guy was offering me all kinds of sign-up deals to keep me around trying to get it working. It was impressive customer support and i now kind of feel obliged to get some money in there for him. Still, it's been a hassle like no other casino.

My account has been activated, but it appears i can only transfer funds by bank transfer... That's going to be a good few days i should imagine.

Oh well, let's hope they don't go changing that bonus any time soon.

(Just a note, but I was having a go with the GP software and it really is stupidly fast - this is good news, as it's normally the speed of software that gradually grinds me down into a robotic mess).
