The highly anticipated online beta will form part of a strong line-up of new gaming at the launch of the new PS Store.

Blah blah blah

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has announced that the new look PlayStation Store will launch on April 15. The new store promises improved navigation, more functionality and faster access.

Yeah yeah, come on.

Two days after the new store launches a new batch of content will be made available, most notably the Metal Gear Online Premiere Beta, building up to the launch of Metal Gear Solid 4 on June 12.

Come on, get to the good stuff…

Also available will be Warhawk: Operation Broken Mirror, Lari: Diabolical Dragons Pack and Skyguard Upgrade pack - offering new and exciting new features and functions. Also look out for a collection of trailers including the latest on GTA 4.

Even with all these adverts and reviews coming up do you think we will actually see a shot of the game being played before we get it? I dont think we did with VC and SA :lol:

Surely the reviews will have in-game pics and footage.

Well Vice City and San Andreas didn't so I am not hopeful they will.

Yeah, it's not like Rockstar will have the opportunity to make magazines use whatever photos they like in return for advance access to the game.

I cant tell if youre being sarcastic...aren't all the mags having to review this at Rockstar HQ? If so they will have to use whatever pics they give them. Or is that what you said?

Just got an email from a mate saying GTA4 has been leaked and is 'out there'? Am in work so have no desire to check. Massive Shame if that's the case... although hopefully the % of modded dvd drives is low on the 360??

He's wrong. This game isn't being leaked before release under any circumstances I would gather. Maybe a day or two early at most.

Maybe a day or two? They must be shipping them earlier than that surely.

Would it not be possible for someone at the pressing plant to sneak one out? They must have pressed a lot of copies by now.

Yeah, but I reckon they're going to keep it very tightly guarded. They managed it with Halo 3. It appeared on newzbin AFTER retail copies had been sold early, nothing came from the pressing plant itself.

Bioshock came out two weeks or so before release though.

I'm trying to blag us a review copy to play it early, but I would not turn down a 6 day headstart to my preorder from gameplay arriving :lol:
