Yeah I did that deal too, so now I'm going to be desperately looking for £20 worth of games I'll never play just to feel like I was the winner.

After my initial viewings of the sale

Yeah, it's a pretty poor one imo. :(

Only thing I can see I want is Bayonetta for £11.  OK, maybe Nier and Prey for 30%ish off each is good, but...I expected MOAR.

If it was me, I'd refund it and buy it from the Humble Monthly.

You'll get a bunch of other games for only a little more.

Thanks. I did see that earlier in the month, but have a load of steam credit burning a hole in my pocket. Plus I either have access to or didn't fancy anything else in the bundle. So thought I'd hang on to see if it cropped up in the sale.

We don't know what's in the bundle yet. They do a thing whereby if you preorder the whole of the secret bundle they give you the most high-profile of the games early. The full bundle will probably come through on the 4th July or so.

Oh yeah. I was looking at the June listing. Duh.

I think I'll still stick with this. Like I said, I've got credit to use up.

I have a budget of £20 (+5 via PayPal) for this sale.

I did a quick check of the store adding things I wanted to my cart and it's now over £110 :/

Time for a little pruning.

Please share what you are seeing that is worth buying.

EDIT: a Summer trading card I got today from crafting a game badge says it's "Tradeable and Marketable" in 7 days. The Summer cards I got from browsing the discovery queue don't have this restriction. I wonder what it means.

Right now I've got it down to:

Nex Machina 14.99 -> 11.99

Everything 10.99 -> 7.25

Hacknet - Labyrinths 4.99 -> 3.74

Mainlining 6.99 -> 3.49

Shenzhen Solitaire 1.99 -> 0.99

Headlander 14.99 -> 2.99

Pac-Man CE 2 9.99 -> 3.99

OneShot 6.99 -> 4.19

Beglitched 6.99 -> 3.49

What else I'd like though:

Blackwood Crossing, LostWinds 1&2, Event[0], Strafe, Little Nightmares, Devil Daggers, She Remembered Caterpillars, Dead Cells, Ori and the Blind Forest, Cosmic Express, What Remains of Edith Finch, Transistor, Lumo, Obduction, Soma, The Beginners Guide, and a whole bunch more.

Can't search the store for any of the things that I want to buy that I know are on sale. What the hell is this? I'm on Steam literally every day of the year, and buy things all the bloody time. I mean, I bought the new Serious Sam thing literally yesterday, so why am I pretty much unable to look at it now?

The Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Season Pass is also down to £6.24 (75% off). The two story DLCs are out now and I think are meant to be pretty good. The negative reviews on the Steam page seem to be about the price (normally £25), but for £6.24 they're probably worth it.

Ooh that's tempting as am playing through Mankind Divided now and thoroughly enjoying it.

Only thing which is a no-brainer for me right now is Shadow of Mordor at £3.19. The others I shall dwell on...

Now that is a great game at a price lower than it has ever been before so I'll allow that one.

Having finally managed to get to a state where I can type something into the search box and have a list of things appear, I've gotten the following:

Stories Untold

Enter the Gungeon

Transistor

Crypt of the Necrodancer

Steamworld Heist

I sadly now have to stay away until payday next Friday, but really can't complain about that little haul coming in at sub-£20!

After deciding to build s PC in the summer I have gone a little mad in buying games on the steam/steam sale over last couple weeks in preparation, I have brought the following :-

-Dishonored

-Cook, Serve, Delicious!

-Life Is Strange 1-5

-Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box

-Dead Space 2

-Rise Of The Tomb Raider

-Inside

-Superhot

-Shadow of Mordor

-The Bioshock Collection

-Deus Ex Mankind Divided + Season Pass

-Hitman The Complete First Season

-Ori and the Blind Forest: Definitive Collection

-Mark of the Ninja: Special Edition

Not bad for just over £100 for 16 games.

Man, these sales are not as good as they used to be. I'm pretty sure I'm seeing games cost more than they have in the past.

I think there are only about 4 games on Steam I want at the moment:

Bleed 2 - been waiting for a sale and £1.40 off isn't going to cut it for me.

The Talos Principle - £7.49 seems fair.

Far Cry Primal - £19.99 seems like a joke of a price

Aragami - this looks really interesting. Anyone got it? Thinking about trying it and refunding if it doesn't click with me.

I really want Hollow Knight but I want to wait for the Switch port. Knowing my luck it'll come out and run at 20 fps.
