Steam - UI Overhaul Out Now

Recommended Posts

How the fuck do I just get the box view of all my games on this fucking awful new UI?

I had to hand make a category for "Installed" too.

EDIT By scrolling down in Home because you're not allowed to remove the adverts.

Has this changed from how I told you where to find the option that does that automatically last time?

Went to buy Far Cry 5 Gold on Steam, add to cart, but when I try to check out it says I won't get a copy of FC3 because I already own it. Doesn't say anything about getting a free copy of FC3. Bizarre.

No, I forgot that bit.

Solved the other by hand editing the CSS and locking the file.

Steam Controllers are down from £40.00 to £4.00 each, plus £7.00 postage. Had a flutter at that price, as it seems like they're clearing dead stock.

Bit of a bummer - I love my steam controller, and if they're clearing them out it at this price I guess the writing's on the wall, like when they did a fire sale on the Steam Link a little while ago before dumping it. I find it hard to unconditionally recommend it, as it really requires a lot of effort to set it up for each game, but if you're willing to put in the time it's easily the best controller for PC IMO. I've picked up a spare for when my existing one bites the dust and am seriously considering picking up a couple more!

I saw the 8-Bit Guy talk about a game called Rikki & Vikki:

Only a tiny number of games came out that used the 7800's capabilities (10 or 11 total, I think!) and most of those were ports, so this one is pretty interesting.

Anyway, the PC port is normally about £7 but its down to just 71p in the Steam sale, so go grab it :)

I've got Portia on gamepass but I'd echo that.  It's basically Adorable Minecraft but with more of a game like structure around it and a bit of a dose of the likes of Stardew Valley.

If you didn't play the last Carrion demo, it's definitely worth a look. Also I'm tempted to try and find time for Haven... :)
