Comparing it to GoW is like comparing apples and oranges. One is a fast-paced FPS, the other a third person game that's centred around cover mechanics.

so which is the fast paced fruit, the apple or the orange?

The apple is attacked directly by the mouth, and with no need for peeling. Hence it is first-person and fast paced.

The orange is peeled carefully, the sweet insides contemplated from afar. Once ready for eating, it is segmented and only then brought to the mouth. Hence it is third person and more celebral.

Watched the ign review. Hasn't impressed me in terms of graphics at least. Look far too clean and clinical and lacking atmosphere.

Says the controls are good though which is nice to hear considering my doubts about the controller.

Seriously though, something like call of duty seems to have oodles more atmosphere.
