Napole0n I'd be happy for some dance action if you'd like to request me as your recipient :(

It's a deal.

Are there any genres within dance/electronic music you particularly like? I mainly do progressive/deep house/(psy)trance but it would also be fun to do some straight techno/breaks/electro/something else for a change. Note that one of the CD's will be progressive/trancey anyway because it'll be the 'greatest hits' one.

It's all good, really. Surprise me!

I'm in again, if you'll all have me. As ever, don't mind who I send to. Too eclectic/unspecialised to suggest a certain 'type' of recipient either, though probably best not to give it to somebody who particularly wants Hip-Hop or R&B.

Yep, cd is posted. I'm very unhappy with the way the volume levels go up and down on this one, it doesn't seem to have been a problem before. How do folks deal with that? I'm burning through itunes, by the way.

Everything that I rip or download goes through a program called mp3gain to normalise it to a similar volume. Works very well.

Is it applicable to a library, or only as part of the importing process?

Apply it to a library. If you're gonna do thousands and thousands I'd back-up your mp3s just in case. The nicest option is "album gain" which normalises the average volume over the album so that the quiet parts still sound quieter, as they should do.

ZOK, dude - you won't believe this but your CD turned up broken in half!

Literally cracked right down the middle. No idea if this is my postman's fault or the problem of someone/thing else somewhere down the line. Would it be possible to upload the tracks in some kind of order somewhere or something to avoid having to re-burn and send a CD. I normally burn all my Mix Club CD's again anyway after they arrive so just having the tracks and the order they are meant to go in will be great.

Really sorry about this - although I am very appreciative of the little Nintendo badge. I've put it straight onto my record bag.

: )

I'd specifically written 'Do Not Bend' on the packet as well! Obviously some cunty posties idea of a laugh!

I don't really know how to upload them as a whole playlist, if someone can advise then I could do, otherwise I'll send it again on Monday.
