They raised the prices of all the PvP Items

GM claymore now costs 45,000 Honour and 40 AV marks

The PvP armour costs more too

Is honour distributed differently now? I earn over 100k honour per week just by spending a couple of hours a night in AV or WSG.

The amount you get for killing a player has been signifcantly reduced, and obviously you no longer turn in tokens for honour points either.

The Black War Whatever costs 30 AV, AB & WSG tokens. And you don't have to be exalted with wherever to use other races ones!

Holy smokes. I have 20 of each already! Glad I spent that 700 gold on 14 respecs instead.

Edit: Wait a minute. I fell for this with the '8 gold AV mount' fiasco, too. You need 150 riding skill to even use them. So in reality, it's worse than it was before if you can't be arsed to farm money.

Yeah, but most of the war mounts look cool as fuck. I feel sorry for you zombie types - their war mount is red. Why would the Forsaken have a mount in the same colours as the Scarlet Crusade? I guess Sylvie just loves irony.

Who cares? Anyone with a modicum of style will get a WAR WOLF instead. WAR WOLVES are wicked.

Speaking of mounts, hurrah for leatherworkers! One of the things they'll be able to make in the expansion is a riding crop trinket worth 10% extra mount speed and a 25% burst for 10 seconds. Carrot + Spurs + Riding Gloves + Crop = Red Rum with a rocket up his arse.

Leatherworkers also make leg enchants that are better than the ZG ones apparently, according to the proffesion page on the WoW:TBC website.

Alchemists can get that trinket that offers +15 to all attributes and +40% bonus effect to all health and mana potions, which is nice. Plus they can 'accidentally' discover new recipes while making stuff, which is just so mean. Why can't I learn how to make a feather boa while making a netherweave bag? Pah.

Yeah, shame my Shaman can get that and not my Paladin (unless I get Alchemy. Again. >.<).

"Oh I just accidentally learned how to make this imba potion of destruction which adds 100 to shadow damage. Shame I hate locks eh?"

Need to look into the Engineering stuff really. There better be some good stuff to make after I just lvled it to 300 on my Paladin.

Edit: Engineering list so far

Looking ok, though as usual all of it seems to require you to have engineering to use. Still, who wouldnt want a Fighting Robot or a Portable Mailbox?

Oh, and Chantinelle....get lvling Engineering: Power Amplification Goggles

I like that alchemists can randomly discover new things it seems quite... roleplayish, I suppose. "Tum te tum.. *mixes Major Mana Potion* .. wait, what if I did this and this and OMG! A Super Dooper Imba Mana Potion!"

I'll probably go Potion Master, though, the amount I use. The +healing elixir is very shiny, but hmm, elixir of Major Mageblood.... I wonder if Mageblood Potion will be 'rebranded' as it were.

Maybe a 'wait and see' then until we know more about what TBC offers in terms of resistance pot requirements and stuff..

Tommorow is my guilds first BWL run.

Not a good idea considering it's patch day.

Not wishing to be a miseryguts or anything (we have one on here already and that's more than enough), but I'll be *amazed* if you get into BWL tomorrow night.

Good luck when you get there though. Plenty of conflicting advice awaits you here if/when you get stuck. To kill or to kite, that is the question.
