Not that I had any high hopes for this.. but this does look ridiculously childish and simplistic. I'm not one to usually dismiss a game for its sugary visuals, but the game itself looks so tedious, plodding.

If it all ties together neatly then it could be worth a look though.

Bring on Mario Galaxy's refined cuteness :(

Those scores are meaning a purchase for me. Been looking at this for a while on Play Asia (£22 or so for the US version) and liking the look and sound of it, the reviews have pushed me towards buy. Only thing to contemplate now is paying a little more and getting it faster from Tronix or VG+.

IGN have just given it a 9 in their review

<a href="http://wii.ign.com/articles/829/829301p1.html" target="_blank">http://wii.ign.com/articles/829/829301p1.html</a>

It's looking rather sweet, I'd admit there are some top tier titles round at the moment so it's got it's work cut out, but I'm rather tempted by this.

Update, thanks to the mod that merged this, I swear the thread didn't appear when I did a search!

Just read the IGN review, sounds good (and a great price), the main complaints annoy me though because none of these things bother me:

...the majority of storyline is delivered via text overlays and not voice acting, one of the same issues we've had with several recent Zelda projects

What's the problem with that though?

...more than 20 self-contained levels... . The selection may seem flimsy - and don't get us wrong, we'd have preferred there were twice or thrice as many stages - but consider that the majority of the challenges are likely to take a half hour or more to figure out. Indeed, a few puzzles had us stumped for more than an hour. Multiple that figure by 24 and you end up with a title that will run you in the realm of 15 hours to complete, possibly less if you're a puzzling wizard, but probably more.

What the obsession with length? The game is very enjoyable by all accounts and costs $40. Personally at 15 hours I'd fear it would outstay its welcome.

I'd have preferred that everything ran at 60 frames

I'm sure Capcom would too but is it a big problem? It does mention occasional slowdown which is a problem but the general framerate?

It's still a very positive review.

Goodness, there really is no love for this is there? Have none of the importers or US members bought it? It looks beautiful in the GameTrailer review.

I'll definitely be getting it but if there is so little interest I might wait until after Christmas when it'll be about £4 in the sales.

It only came out yesterday*. I've had it on pre-order for ages. It should be here early next week (it doesn't seem to have been sent out yet).

*Actually it's now listed as today on VG+ so I should get it Monday or this Saturday if I'm extra lucky (doubtful).

Played this for half hour or so, done first two stages.

Its nice to see a game that the developer has taken the time to look nice and play well.

The dialogue is very funny, the characters are too infact. Graphics look pretty good. Control is fine too. Its good fun so far!

I can't quite believe it, but this is really good. Each level is a little 3D point and click (and Wii gesture) puzzle. Just completed the first set of stages and they are very well designed and more importantly very enjoyable. Great so far.

This is brilliant. It's rock hard (I'm about a third of the way through, and one of the puzzles took me nearly an hour to figure out and then execute) but it's astoundingly satisfying when you work it all out without hints. Throw in some inspired use of the Wii remote - like turning it sideways, then upside down, and then performing a throwing action - and you've got the best third-party game on the console so far.

I know it's bad, but surely everyone knew what Nintendo of Europe are like when they bought their Wii? Complaining, whilst possibly justified, is a waste of time and more than a little naive imo.

Waiting for my Movietyme order to show up, this game kinda snuck up on me.

I'm bumping this topic purely because Z&W deserves more love. Played the first three stages last night, and it's just lovely

Seriously folks, there is now no excuse for all the 'dusty Wii' jokes with software like this finally on the shelves. Buy it, love it, rejoice in the fact that Capcom seem to have finally delivered on Wii (and look like being repaid with lousy sales figures).
