Play are being complete assholes and not budging from "That's EA's problem" anyone know what I can do?

Edit: Just been told by a second operator that if I phone EA and get their fault reference number then "we will take it back." I got the girl's name and the time of call and that's a direct quote so hopefully when EA open their lines again on monday I shouldn't have much of a problem

my first attempt at fixing the pedal failed, its a nightmare getting the orange bit back into the bottom of the bass pedal. so I'm now heading out to get some gaffer tape, rather than strong packing tape. hopefully this works, I may be f**ked though as its broke right at the bottom. Never has a broken piece of plastic caused such upset :(

Look at the previous posts on this, they cannot refuse to take it back.

Well my yellow pad has broken twice so I'd say that's the most likely 1 to break from my point of view.

Larry - the EA lines are open all weekend, I definitely spoke to them on the phone last sunday. I'm pretty sure the number I used is 08702432435. I'm not 100% certain why play eventually agreed to replace my drums, my feeling is cos I kept asking for the highest manager available each time + someone decided to shut me up + replace them. Could be wrong though.

Anyone know of any shops in belfast or thereabouts selling the drums on their own? Even GAME in belfast city centre don't do them nor won't order them in. I'm just thinking ahead incase it happens again + play won't budge. :(

I'd purposely been avoiding going to the brother-in-law's house to play this, last night it was unavoidable though and I have finally played it. :(

I'm off out tonight pimping my ass until I have enough to buy it.

Do a few extra favours and get more cash for all the DLC too

32) holiday in cambodia (dead kennedys)

Nice!

51) suffer (bad religion)

DOUBLE NICE!!!

58) stop! (against me)

Seriously what the fuck?! Against Me! used to be awesome, I've prayed for some good Against Me! DLC for Rock Band and then they give us this pish  The rest of the list is pretty awesome though so I can't complain too much.

And to the rumours that they are gonna give Rock Band 1 tracks free with Rock Band 2: Complete, complete bullshit! They might enable you to download all the Rock Band 1 tracks if there was a way to figure out you owned Rock Band 1(maybe) but to think they'd give 50-odd tracks away to people free when others had to pay is just mental.

I've got to say if that list is correct I will be a very, very happy gamer especially for;

Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son

Survivor - Eye of the Tiger

Foo Fighters - Everlong

Bon Jovi - Livin' on a Prayer

Norman Greenbaum - Spirit in the Sky

All of these will make me ;) while playing them but to be fair I'll be pretty happy with nearly all of them to be honest.

Blink182 Dammit is not on that list either. I wish they would just release a "best of" for them as DLC though.

Of all the bands warranting a 'Best of' for Rock Band, they're way down the list. Well into the 1000s if we're doing rank order. Can't say I remember them for amazing vocals, brilliant riffs, funky/complex basslines OR insane drumrolls myself.

Travis Barker is one of the best drummers out there, so anything post Dude Ranch will be very very entertaining on the drums. Blink have a lot of very good songs, even beyond the ones about wanking and getting pissed.

Alright :) maybe I being a bit harsh. Never was a big fan of them, and seeing Angels and Airwaves made me want to hate anything to do with them, it was that bad. :P

Yeah I would say a lot of the drum stuff would be great. Sure a lot of the guitar riffs are a bit simular but if they choose the songs wisely..

The vocals would be good too.

From my understanding, Blink182 has pretty much the best selling DLC track on Rock Band. It's just a shame its one of their more mainstream songs that is frankly boring now. The song isnt too hot on RB either to play.
