With 4 to go I'm still confident we will do it. A few more players will be back and I think we will be too good for Chelsea.

Still I'm stomach is going to be churning buckets seeing as our whole season looks to be relying on matches against Chelsea.

Not that it matters, I can see you beating Chelsea and it pains me say it because it means you'll win the league.

Today is the first time I've thought the Premiership could be lost. The momentum is undeniably with Chelsea at the moment. When Mourinho's lot have had to dig in deep in recent matches, they've done just that and come out with three points, but today the players looked like they had nothing left throughout the second half, and at times appeared to allow their nerves to get to them. I fancied Chelsea to drop points tomorrow, especially with Liverpool on the horizon, but I expect them to capitalise on this now. And I pity the Toon Army if Chelsea do win and spend half an hour after the match celebrating in their faces.

PS. At the time I thought Ole's cheeky goal should have stood but accepted the ruling after the explanation from the fourth official. Even so, goals like that should be allowed to stand, not least when the keeper is time wasting. The ball was out of his hands, there was no foul.

I really fear for us now. I knew we'd drop points today, and chelsea are getting all they're players back and winning games when they need to. We need to pick it up next week. Fuck the CL and FA cup, all I want at the end of the season is that premiership trophy.

Yeah, or, the team that wins the league just had a good run in the league. :(

Consistency is required to win the CL too. We put in some great performances to lift it in 2005, knocking out supposedly superior teams along in the Quarters, Semi and Final. You don't win a game over two legs against teams like that without deserving it. And if it's so easy to win, why is it you've only won the two cups?

That's moronic and you know it. The league lasts ten months, 38 games. Through constant injuries, suspensions, tough spells and good spells. It is the definitive decider of who has been the best team that year. When have the best team not won the league?
