Warner Bros. and producer Joel Silver are working with Mattel to turn "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" into a live-action film.

I'm sure there are plenty who - like me - loved the toys, cartoon and mini-comics as a youngster, and also thought the Dolph Lundgren film was pretty much gash. He-Man in name only.

No doubt The Rock will be mentioned as a potential Adam/He-Man, but of course the most important casting will be She-Ra, The Sorceress and Evil-Lyn. *Drool*

Sorry, but I have to say that giving the limited nature of He-Man as a show (if you watch it today), I thought the Dolph movie was actually a good tranposition to the medium of film.

That doesn't mean it was particularly good.
