Scratchy Bollock
Amazing set. Top tennis and despite Murray looking tired, he looked the better player (Just) throughout most of that.
Rorschach
The weather could be Murray's toughest opponent today. He already looks like he's in the fifth set. I'm not so worried; he is extremely fit and has already mostly recovered his composure. A few more 20+ stroke points and his level would've probably dropped though. milko
Murray is pretty fit. Maybe he's just one of those guys that looks a mess throughout? I know some guys I play squash with that I'm always convinced I've exhausted but they keep on trucking.
feltmonkey
what's going on? it's like this set the old, passive Murray has returned. edit - oh my word he stepped it up in that Djokavic service game though! back on serve.

Dudley
If I've got this right, scientifically this means Andy Murray is currently from somewhere around Birmingham.
PaB
Murray has saved his best for the final that's for sure. On the evidence of both players form in the earlier rounds I felt djokovic looked far stronger. But in the final Murray has turned it up to 11. hmm
Hadn't really got around to watching much of the tournament so far but glad my hangover ensured I caught this. Some bloody brilliant tennis going on, even ignoring the historic result we're heading towards.

feltmonkey
lol fair point! this is looking ominous. i'm starting to think the story here might be about how Murray lost despite being two sets and a break up...

Gabzy
Djokovic is suddenly looking pretty tired, panting a lot. At least it's not just Murray! Another break, come on now Andy take control and hold on.
Scratchy Bollock
Djokovic has to be wondering what's happening here. He's being matched point for point by Murray. I reckon we'll be seeing quite a few epic finals between these two over the next four years. feltmonkey
how many times has Djokovic (i'm getting it right now - thanks, Plums!) slipped? and yet it's Murray who's changing his shoes. yet another crucial service game goes to 30-30. both players are making such inroads on their opponent's second serves that every game ends up being on a knife edge. Murray just won the game with a superb running forehand down the line!
