I've said this already, but;

Mohinda isn't turning into spiderman - its obviously 'the fly' storyline.

Slyar will eventually become good, we can all see that already - right?

Maya's power will evolve somehow that she can channel it, becoming 'the ultimate weapon'.

Peters Ma will be the ultimate badguy.

Man. What's wrong with you fecking people. Yes it's got holes, yes, it rips shit off. But it's still a good show, and Season 3 has started of no different. It's got fit fucking blonds zapping shit, time travelling japs and people that can fly.

Of course there are things that could of been done better, and it is a bit stupid at times, but to say it was "utter shit" or some such is ridiculous. Because it's clearly a long way from shit. Along way from perfect too, but still...

I would use that description for the first season. It wasn't perfect bit it wasn't shit. Season two and three so far however, there is no excuse. It depends what you constitute to be a good show, if blondes zapping shit is what you enjoy then so be it.

It was alright, certainly not as bad as Season 2.

Exactly.

Season 2 was insanely poor from start to finish, with not a genuinely good episode in the entire season. This is far more entertaining - in a switch-off-brain way - so far.

Well, that was a hell of a lot better than I was expecting. It was massively cliched and exaggerated (I find it incredibly convenient that the villains with some of the most deadly powers are all massively psychotic and feel the need to burn, maim and kill at the first opportunity), but compared to the borefest that was S2, I'm happy.

It's ridiculous, but it's good ridiculous. And I don't think I'll ever be able to stop loving Hiro and Ando.

It was all Clare's fault for not stabbing Sylar for a kill, instead of running away for a few metres when she knows he has telekineses powers!

Entertaining start, it'll be fun to see how the threads develop. How many episodes are there? I hope they don't use one episode per week to track down the escaped baddies.

I didn't realise Kristen Bell is in it again, and thought for those few seconds that Sylar was going to kill her ;) Ali Larter looks hot... interesting twist on her character and skill.

I still don't understand why Hiro and Ando are in it so little. They're so much better than every other character in the show by a matter of magnitude. Precisely why moaning pretty boy Peter Petrelli is the main character in the show and beloved by all Hiro is just some minor comic relief mystifies me.

My thoughts

Angela Petrelli can drop superpower babies at the her whim - come on - Nathan, Peter and maybe now Sylar?!

Noah blatantly has a super power - surely not only he and Claire's 'mum' cant be the only normal lead characters. I mean come on they locked him up in a lvl 5 prison along with the 'villains'

Maya drops Mohinder's baby during this series - just to make it a true rip off of The Fly.

Future Peter and Present Peter battle it out and hopefully they BOTH die.

Episode 3 was really good.

With regard to Angela Petrelli

I have a feeling that all the boys were born normal and that she used the formula on them to see what the effects were

.

As for Peter

vs future Peter, it won't happen. It'll be Peter vs Adam (whom I believe has employed Daphne the speedster to steal stuff for him) and future Peter will sacrifice himself to save present Peter

.

With regard to Mohinder

I reckon it'll turn out that he becomes even more evil than Sylar when he realises that he can just keep pumping Maya's blood into him and generating new powers

.

As for Sylar

I was smiling all the time with his buddy cop team up with Bennett until the bit where he split open the blokes head and feasted on the soft gooiness inside. Still I'm interested to see how it all plays out with and whether or not he'll actually be able to keep 'the hunger' at bay

.

Claire is beginning

to annoy me now. She's going all emo and it sucks

.

Can the Haitian still stop Sylar using his powers? Seems like Noah's last words of the show should be really easy unless Sylar has learned to stop the Haitian that I've forgotten about.

It's assume the Haitian could stop Clare (and now Sylar) from healing...but if he moved out of range Claire's power would heal her from dead (like when she was "dead" with a stick through her brain

Can't say if it'll repeated or not, though I reckon it will, but ep 2 was on BBC3 at 10 like in season 2 (and 1?).

Brundlemohinder, certain scenes seemed ripped from the fly anyone else notice that?

It's no surprise to see that some of you guys noticed, but the opening scene in ep 2 is a direct rip off of a scene in the film. Then the skin happened and...well, I was not amused.

Influencing is all well and good, but as someone else said; did they really think nobody was going to notice!?

Aside from that I thought it was nonsical joy, and the 'villians' remind me of Clarence's gang in RoboCop. The Pyro guy looks just like one of them.

The Haitian can stop most powers but not all according to his wiki site on the heroes wikipedia. Apparently, some superheroes have learnt how to stop him....

Dont like that, if the haitian can only stop some then not worth haveing him really? o yeh epo 3 was great really like the who slyar story thats going on

Maybe they expected people to notice? Why is everyone assuming that they are trying to do it on the quiet without anyone noticing?
