So what sort of scenes could you expect if you turned up to a Tesco/Asda Mondaty midnight to pick this up? I really cant face mental queues or lots of stinky geeks all over the place.

Well, if it's anything like the Halo 3 launch, the queues won't be that mental - just a gathering of 21-30 somethings, with a smattering of parent and teens.

I'm seriously bricking it, no pre-orders so I'm gonna toddle on down to Tesco at like 10 o'clock on the monday evening (they sold Mass Effect at that time), I'm going to ring up first and sweet talk them so they are prepared for my arrival and then, hopefully, fingers crossed, they'll sell me one and i'll be able to walk past the Game and Gamestation queues holding my GTA high for all to see!

Anyone else going to go to the Dundee riverside Tesco then?

I was thinking of trying the Kingsway one or maybe Asda. Surely one of them will sell it at midnight. Though i'd far prefer it to be at about 10 or 11...

Well, as I said in the other thread, I tried the Kingsway one for Mass Effect and I rang up at 10 to see if they would sell it to me at 12, they said sure thing boss, I got there at 11:45 and they were fucking sold out! Bastards!
