Right the music in this game is to die for. Driving along mowing down pedestrians as Marvin Gaye sings 'make you wanna holla is sublime. The old skool hiphop station rocks and Beat 102.7 is where its at.

There is a brand new Nas joint on one of the stations.

Have not had the pleasure yet of listening to Landzlow but the night is still young... Anyway must go back to Liberty City chaps.

Has yours dispatched yet? I pre-ordered the LE from Amazon in July, and it was due to dispatch today, but hasn't :)

360 version of course.

Oh, and my mate who ordered from Play had his posted out yesterday....

Nope. I ordered the PS3 version in March 08 though so would expect yours to go through before mine.

I spoke to them yesterday and they said my order wasn't shipping til Monday :)

I reckon the Social Club stats won't start tracking til Tuesday. Would be funny if people who get it early blast through it in the hope of coming first but don't register. HA!

They are meant to be resetting it from Tuesday anyway so there is a level playing field or some shit,

Right, once and for all, none of your copies have been posted. They have taken your cash, put the game in an envelope, stuck an address label on it, and its in a warehouse waiting for collection by the Royal Mail on Monday.

Except for Play who will have posted today, bearing in mind their packages take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Wrong. The staff all play silly buggers and pick copies at random, dropping them in the post box outside. Its a lottery.

I want everyone to get their copy tomorrow, I really do, but for 99.9% of them it aint going to happen. Most, if not all, online retailers have been instructed not to mail out GTA 4 until Monday. HMV customers got lucky, nobody else will. Just trying to keep it real here.

This is real. Sorry about that, have a lie in tomorrow, there's not going to be a copy of GTA4 on your doormat tomorrow for 99.9% of you.

Have I missed something? Where's this mail embargo?

No-one can officially ship the game until Monday apparently, though it seems some places have unreliable staff who can't read- like HMV. Folk who won't work with Gameplay anymore due to not blowing the embargo- why you'd switch from the retailer whose staff can follow basic instructions to the one whose staff don't pay attention?
