Just phoned my local Tescos and started to ask if they sell games at midnight. "Are you after GTA IV?" she says. Yup. We'll be selling it from 00.01 but we've only got 50 copies. FUCK! This is going to be a mission.

Makes it more exciting, no?

Going to complain about them being misleading as the fucking thing's been sat on 'In Progress' for four days now. No-one'll be at home to take delivery tomorrow and I'll be busy watching Chelsea through gaps in my fingers in any case.

The Chelsea game's on Wednesday, Nate. Man Utd are live on ITV1 tomorrow.

Nothing from Game for me either. The limiteds should turn up tomorrow. Will suit me fine. No daughter to look after and there will always be somebody in the house to take the parcel in. I have missed my WiiFit being delivered today. When I saw the card on the mat I thought the worst. I can live without my Wii telling me I am overweight but not missing out on GTA .

However, as I don't have Live and they are offering a free 3 month block Gold subscription I suppose even if they charge £50, that'll be £15 worth of Live access free, right?

Tesco are alos claiming the same. Wankers. ASDA have announced £34 so why is everyone else refusing to give a price? I suppose they bank on people rolling in and just buying it regardless because they cant be fucked to go elsewhere.

I just had a call from Shopto saying that their Special Edition's have been held up by their supplier and they won't have them till THURSDAY!!!

This is bad, bad news. :lol:

They said they could send me out a regular edition copy today, or I could wait out for the Special Edition or cancel my order. I said I'd give them a ring back, omg the pressure ;)

You ordered two special editions? Baffling.

I completly forgot I ordered the Play.com one though. I ordered it just in case they ran out of pre-order SE's at Shopto. I only realized I never canceled the Play.com one when I got the confirmation email saying it had been sent out this morning.

It's worked out well though, I've changed my Shopto SE copy to a standard edition one which will be here tomorrow, then when my SE version arrives, I'll sell the standard edition version to one of my mates when he gets paid at the end of the week. It's all worked out beautifully :lol:

And no, didn't get a processed/shipped email from Shopto, only the email stating they wouldn't be sent out till Monday due to the embargo.
