Huh. I walked into HMV in Leicester on Tuesday (about 11am-ish) and they had a bunch of copies. Most of the chaps I'm working with did something similar (different shops though). I didn't think it was quite as hen's-teeth as it seems to be. Have you checked HMV?

For any Londoners, there's an HMV hidden away on the basement floor of Selfridges, which had approx 30 copies when I went in there a couple of hours ago. I don't think many people know about this HMV, so maybe it's an option for someone who's still searching for a copy.

NB: as people have said, HMV are selling it for £49.99.

Got my copy from Play Asia. All set for the long weekend (it's a national holiday on Monday). Opened the box, they sent me the PAL version, not the NTSC. Words cannot describe how pissed off I am.

York was all sold out of 360 copies, but almost every store had PS3 copies. Got one from an out of town argos though. Only £40 too.

Well, I finally got a copy in Terminal 5, before flying out. Plenty of them - I guess not too many people want to buy a PAL copy as they leave the country.

However, in a final twist, I was about to type this message about 20 mins ago, and I thought I'd just check it is in fact a PAL copy. When I opened the box, I found there was no disc! Would have been pretty unfunny to arrive the other end and find out then...
