The House Track

By no means my favorites but some good memories below, I'd love to sift through my hundreds of old c90 picking out the best bits but it would take forever.

One day though.

The 90 minute nipper mix I have with the more mental release of this in is phenomenal, taped off key 103 many moons ago.

I have no idea if this is pigeon holed into trance, techno etc but it was all just house music back in the day.

Good old cheesy acid rock.

Good choice, it was the next in my "must post this" list. Not "piano led female vocal style house" as the thread started with but who cares. They used to always play "Bring forth the guillotine" round Blackburn too (or at least at the Sett End) and it's not house either.

To quote the song itself "Here it is" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1s_iQ8BTVGE

Quality tune

To me, theres only one Acid house track....

Flow coma

Uses that classic 3 step 303 pattern (like a billion other acid tracks) but adds a glut of synths to add to the usual build up eventually creating a horrific monster of paranoia.

Aphex did a great remix which cut the track to pieces.....personally it could do with bringing up to date with harder drums and a little more errieness.

I loved that errie acid era of the late 80's but thats moving away from house.

I love that, of course.

I'm a bit stunned that this hasn't cropped up yet. If it ever comes on in a club and you don't run to the dancefloor then you must be dead, I reckon...Joe Smooth - Promised Land Fantastic video, too!

EDIT: While I'm here, does anyone have a copy of 'I Might Be Leavin' U' by DJ Pierre Featuring LaVette that they could upload? I love that tune, and I can't find it on itunes.

Ah, the memories... <_<

DOUBLE EDIT: And I also need to track down an electronic copy of this little gem, too - Come Fly With Me - Dj Pierre Presents Phantasia...PLEASE HELP RLLMUK! Man, I love DJ Pierre.
