Geometry Wars 2

The ones in GW:G had to appear more yellow to stand out - the Wii's lower resolution would "loose" them if they appeared greener.

Oh and is Galaxies worth it. How much does it cost/where can I get it cheapest?

Galaxies is ace. On the Wii at least. I found the DS version too painful to play for extended periods. Until yesterday, it was probably my favourite twin stick shooter. But it will be hard to go back to it after playing this.

I'm not letting this go! My girlfriend is colour blind. I know it. She knows it. Yet we still argue over what colour things are. So this thread is giving me domestic flashbacks. If you go into the How To Play screen for Deadline, you can see the Geoms are glowing yellow neon on a black background. If you can't see that, either your TV settings are fucked, or you've the eyes of a brain-Joey.

This is from Geometry Wars Waves (Geoms bottom left):

So they're yellow in Galaxies and Waves then and green in GW2 :o Why do you keep using screenshots from the other games though when we're talking about this one?

You're right, it could be a green tinge but here and on my tv they do look more green than yellow

edit- yep the shots coming out of the ship are a clear yellow but the geoms look green you monkeys!

Interestingly, Eurogamer also mistakenly thought that the Geoms were green in this ongoing YELLOWGATE saga.

They're yellow.

As this war between YELLOW and GREEN fanboys is going to result in a conflict far more bloody than that between PS3, Wii and 360, I've gone straight to the source. Hopefully we'll have an answer from Bizarre themselves in due course! :o
