Multiplayer was pretty poor - you drop into a lo-=res version of the world and then you get killed repeatedly. I'm probably not understanding what I'm supposed to so I'll leave it until we can do some private play.

So you're dropped into the PS3 version?

I dunno what milly is complaining about. Reading dispatch / no dispatch updates from everyone is great fun.

I don't even care about the whole 'multiplayer has dropped res' thing when I can hear about Tesco's product delivery processes.

this game wasn't even on my radar until scottcr said it wasn't on his radar until he suddenly decided he wanted it and now i've suddenly decided i want it. where is the best place to pre-order?

Really didn't notice much of a difference between single player and multi if im honest(edit: graphics wise). We just tried playing but it seems to be suffering some random drop outs. And its seems really difficult to get a game going. Nice that the lobby is free roam n'all rather than text but its mega difficult to start an actual game with randoms spawn killing every 2 mins. Should be good with a group though.

the left one's only got anything in it in the pic where he's on the horse, so maybe red's his health and blue's his horse's health?

edit: i guess i could've left that one for someone who actually knows to answer. sorry, i'm bored.

R* a similar thing (on a smaller scale) in The Warriors, where you could cheerfully smash up things, but if a concerned citizen saw you they'd run to either find the nearest policeman or the pay phone to dial 911. If you got to them in time and clobbered them, you were fine and could carry on. Happy memories of cracking bottles over some woman's head as she picked up the phone.
