Do frozen vegetables have nutritional value?

Last night my housemate was complaining (surprise surprise) that 'all you eat is shit, yet you have no spots. Why is this?'

Aside from the fact that I don't eat shit, I pointed out that I get through masses of frozen vegetables. She said that this does no good for me. Now, as I always understood it, frozen vegetables offer some nutritional value, but not as much as fresh.

Is this correct? I hope so, because the price of fresh veg is ludicrous.

Hoop, some of those bowls of vegatables for £1 places in Finsbury Park are actually pretty decent. You get loads as well, try the new yellow shop by the jerk chicken and waffle place.

You walk past Jerk Chicken and Waffles for a bowl of fruit? Impressive.
