Currently sitting at I believe 3rd (given the hackers) with 320. With regards to the debate - The generated track is cleverly designed so that you should be able to stay on if you play correctly. For example, that big jump in the first vid is due to a mistake at about 32s where he clips the road.

Unfortunately there really are genuine physics glitches that unavoidably ruin your game. I've been trying to crack no1 for the last hour and I'd say the majority of failures were of this nature. If you're going to last for over 300 points you're just increasing the chances of running into one. I've fallen through the tracks and sprung off in bizarre directions a bit too many times now :(. It's still an awesome game and I've had loads of fun with it but unless these are fixed I can't see myself bothering with it for much longer.

Damn, I saw your score. Didn't realise you were on this forum. Well done, sir.

Cheers dude! I was the chap bragging about Super hexagon a while back. Very similar concepts which probably explains it... :)

We do - I'm fucking useless. Are you high scorers playing on ipad or iphone ?

I'm using an ipad and Uzi is using PURE LIES!

it's noticeably shit on my iphone 4. Bad frame rate makes it unplayable although that may just be my iphone!

I should give it a go on the pad. I have an iphone5 but it's difficult to be accurate with your jumps on such a small display. I feel a bit like Kirk in Wrath Of Khan trying to read with his half-moon specs.

Totally agree with Vemsie on the luck debate. Sure, if you fall off the track then you will need some luck, but it's your own fault for falling (leaping) off. The track is never impossible to stay on unless you over/under steer.

Having said that the glitches piss me off right royally at times. Clipping the edge of the track can send you to your doom and it just feels wrong. I've learned to live with it but I hope it gets fixed. I'm guessing that the game uses default unity physics but let's hope it gets improved. Kevin did respond to a tweet saying that an instant restart would be in the update though. :)

Impossible Road has hooked me far more than Super Hexagon did. I guess I just love the Stunt Car Racer/Wipeout feel to it.

yep, grabbed that the other day. haven't even opened the app yet though. i sort of gave up on Gemini Rue. i was loving it but i play it stoned in bed last thing before i pass out and i can never remember what's happening. i loaded it up last night and my assassin guy is in the cafe and i'm racking my brain trying to remember why he's there and what's going on and i just can't.

Actually my information is out of date:

Since the release of The Silent Age Episode One, we’ve been receiving an enormous amount of feedback from you wonderful fans out there. Among the feedback there is however one question that stands out. A question that craves to be answered:

“When can I play Episode Two”?

You guys want more. And you want it now! We truly appreciate that, and we can’t wait to get started.

Thing is, we still haven’t secured the funding that we need in order to complete Episode Two. The original plan was to secure the funding through donations on our home page and then release Episode Two for free. Sadly, we’re still far from reaching our funding goal although a lot of you wonderful people have donated.

So, time for plan B. We have decided to make Episode Two a paid app. Episode One will still be free, and those of you who have donated will still get Episode Two for free. Putting a price tag on Episode Two has been suggested numerous times by you fans out there and one of the recurring comments we get is that you guys don’t mind paying for playing The Silent Age.

Finally broke the 100 points barrier on Impossible Road, then did it again the next go. 126! Yay.

Installed it on my iPad, it's a first generation one but the game runs great, I don't feel it's any easier than on the phone though.

I'm loving Space Agency but I've hit a wall with mission 9. I cant find the right rocket build to get any station module into orbit. Am I missing something obvious or is the mission bugged?

1st stage - Nooleus + SRBs.

2nd Stage N1 Block V

Short Connector

Medium Tug

Station Module

Medium Fairing

You have to use the tug as stage 3 for the final part of the ascent but with judicious throttle use you'll have enough fuel left to escape orbit and then stop when you reach the station.

Surprised there's not more talk about Ace Patrol - well implemented turn-based WW1 dogfighting by Sid Meier/Firaxis. It's free, but it isn't - you'll almost immediately have to pay for a campaign (69p for the first, £2.49 for all the rest). Fantastic tense fun as you try to outmanoeuvre your opponent, not wanting to sacrifice your height advantage for a diving attack, running for home after shooting down observation balloons with half the Luftwaffe haring after you... it's really good! The first few missions are free so you lose nothing trying it out.
