Cheers for the game last night Vert, shame the first couple of rounds were a bit shambolic! Lol.

Hadn't seen that trick using the pipe bomb to blow the cans down from the billboard being used by the other team before; seems a bit of a cheap tactic, but I suppose both teams can do it.

Oh man, I made a special effort to get that Banana Pi guy who was doing that. The second time he did it, I managed to jockey him within about a second of him leaving the safe zone and dragged his flailing body right around the back of the building to munch his scalp off. None of the other survivors bothered to save him.

The Passing DLC delayed? Price revealed.

We're not exactly used to finding out hot scoops on Valve's game projects from Xbox Live's "Inside Xbox" feature "SENTUAMESSAGE," so it was especially odd to us when we heard that Left 4 Dead 2's upcoming Left 4 Dead 1 crossover DLC "The Passing" got an official price (560msp) -- and an ambiguous new release date of "Spring" -- from the feature. But that's just what the latest episode told us, not to mention a handful of new deets on the DLC, including info on new variations of enemies and a few new weapons.

Back at X10 in February, Valve told us that the content was set to arrive on Xbox Live/Steam by "late March," though it seems that the window has been extended a few more months. We've fired off an email to Valve to see if a more solid release date exists, and we'll keep you updated if we hear anything back.

Passing DLC release this Thursday.

Hey, it's 5pm, which means I can finally tell you that 'The Passing' DLC for Left 4 Dead 2 will hit Marketplace on Thursday. That felt good.

It's a decent campaign...better than Crash Course for sure. But I think I've just got fed up of the formula now. Left 4 Dead 2 never grabbed my interest in the same way the first game did mind, I think a combination of me bleeding the original dry and not liking the new setting as much.
