Really happy to see all these good reviews rolling in. It definitely has a charm to it and even though I completed it and leveled up to around L34 or so all in single player, I'd be up for doing it again now online with some friends all over again.

Looking forward to trying this. Any high street date breakers as of yet? Granger Games are known for it around here (North East England) but of course there is always the possibility of a supermarket sweep, but I think they may be saving up the loss for MW2 (we live but in hope).

Roughly how many hours of gameplay do you reckon it's got in it? I'm hoping it lasts me a long time, and then the DLC comes and keeps me hooked.

I've heard 30 hours put around, though if you get into it I suspect you can at least double that. Don't worry about being burned out before the DLC comes along though, the first of it has been announced to coincide with Halloween ( they're not even pretending to care about consumer feelings anymore ).

In its review, GT quoted around thirty hours. Obviously more should you pace it.

Ordered from Zavvi on Monday, it arrived yesterday and last night a 5 minute quick go turned into 4 hours.

I think it looks great and plays really nicely. The thing it reminds me the most of is Phantasy Star Online although I've yet to experience the co-op. I'm really looking forward to that, it should be ace.

Forgive me if it has been mentioned. But for those that have it, can you switch on and off components of the HUD. Or even better, fade it out as much as possible. Looks far too busy for my liking. Cheers

No to both, though in my opinion all the stuff showing on the UI is pretty useful.

I've caved and traded a few old favourites in so that I can pick this up on Friday. I haven't Diablo'd since Dungeon Siege, if that makes a lick of sense. Doing so in the Crackdown visual mode and with a shooting component that apparently resembles a mix of Call of Duty and Fallout 3 sounds like as good an excuse as any.
