On a break now. Me, Billy, and rjpageuk left. Prizes go as follows:

1st. $17.50

2nd. $10.50

3rd. $7

I'm the short stack, and Billy's the big stack (but I'll bet he has a black eye from the deck smashing him in the face so hard. ;))

I was left not rjpageuk!

I came third, my KK lost to 10J. Ah well, was good fun. Looking forward to next one.

Oh shit yeah, sorry!

And yeah, really unlucky against my JT. I played it really badly pre-flop, but even if you told me your hand on that flop, I'd have had to call with the price I was getting! I just got lucky with another ten popping off on the turn.

Of course, that's the way it goes.

Next time I'll be able to get more involved as I had it minimised for most of the game. Still enjoyable though.

I have to hold my hands up and say that, yes, I did get some nice hands early on. Congrats on the win!

It all seemed to run nice and smoothly, so I think we're all set to start thinking about starting the league proper. Can't wait!

Is that available for the private tourneys?

I can do tonight! But yeah, it might be slightly short notice.

That 8-game mixed game is awesome, by the way. Played it for a bit last night and made an easy two buyins. But it also reminded me how weak my Stud Hi game is.

Ha! Two days late then!

Can't do tomorrow, and then I'm on holiday from Thursday for two weeks, and I'm not bringing a laptop with me to Montenegro, so I'll let you all take my money on the other side.

I am so up for different poker games as well, though I'm a rank amateur at everything other than Limit and NL HE. And rusty as hell, I'm sure.

Also Baring, weren't you winning quite big money (or won one big prize) online? Seems strange you would stop playing, from what I saw posted it seemed like you were a pretty profitable player. Sorry if i'm being nosy, just curious.

just saw this, yea i won quite a bit on a big tourny but playing laods of sngs i only played during my spare time at uni and havnt played for a few months since i lost like 200 quid in a week which i thought was quite extreme considering i was only in it for a mess around. i dont need the money and happy how i am and my gf hates it lol

il give this a bash tho.

Gnnh. I was out last night and didn't see this, sorry! I won't be able to make it till I get home. However I guess we can just use the same password as last time, and call it "rllmuk league round 1" or something.

Ok, cool. I'll send PMs round now and tell them that the tournament will be set up this evening with that title and the same password as last time. Looking forward to it!
