Mozerella Meatballs in a roasted pepper sauce

Just made this tonight. Found it hard to keep my balls together :eyebrows: so i think next time I'll use an egg to help bind them all together. Really thought they'd just spew mozzarella out durring coking but they were fine. Tasted great. +1 sir. :hat:
