Welcome to your new home, lads. My first team selection went like a dream and I picked up quality players for all the positions I needed. Really pleased with getting this squad together.

As you can see, I have an idea of where I'd like people to play, but make sure to tell me if you fancy playing somewhere else. I'll sort you out if I can :lol:. We did very well in the Auction and filled our gaps with quality (and Chris :D). That defence and frontline look phenomenal and we've got a midfield with plenty of ability, too. It looks good, lads.

I'll be hoping to have practice every week, if only so we can try specific bits of tactics out before the real thing, or have a friendly kickabout. Practice will likely be on the Tuesday or Wednesday of each week :D. I'd like as many people to show up as possible please, as the end of last season was marred by people not showing up for practice or matches. If we can show up, then I reckon we've got a very good shot at the title.

Hi guys! There's a bit of controversy around my move from Rovers to Athletic, but I can assure you it's due to me not having a clue how the transferring process works, not a lack of loyalty. I hope you will take my word for that, because there are those that don't. :)

Anyways, nice to be here. I hope I can put myself to good use on the RB position. :)

Any time after 9, I reckon. It won't be worth it if there's only two of us though, so we'll see how it goes :).

For some reason I though the player auction wasn't until next Sunday.Might be able to borrow a copy if we're having another practice before Fifa 10 comes out.

Whilst I remember: I've not forgotten about your name change mate, I'll do it when I sort out the site for the new season in the next few days!

Yeah, it wasn't going to be happening until next Sunday. Everybody's business Stage 1 business was done pretty quick though, so it was pushed forward. No need to rush in getting another copy, we're only going to be having friendly kickabouts out of position anyway. Not much point practising our positions when we're going to have to play differently when we get Fifa 10 :).
