Squigs
Having just rewatched the 'Skytanic' episode last week, I appreciated the not so subtle callback to it in the latest episode. Hoping Babou makes a comeback soon too.

Sirloin
Amazing from Krieger this week. This entire series has been great so far.

Beitel
Loved the last episode! Especially Krieger, who still doesn't show up enough for my taste. Seasons 4 and 5 were a bit of a slog, but since last season it came back brilliantly.
Lorfarius
Archer Vice was NOT a slog. You need to give up and watch another show
Girth Certificate
not sure why bit the little stinger things where the ad-breaks go (with the wee jingle and silhouettes of the gang holding guns) properly fuck me off. Fuck right off.
JohnC
I'm not sure they are for ad breaks, or not all of them anyway. Isn't it just a Charlie's Angels thing?
Delargey
I'm not sure about this season. Maybe it's just cause I watch the episodes tired but it doesn't seem as funny this season.
Hexx
And season's over - it definately felt a little bit off this season. They had too much focus on case of the week, but at the same they always felt under developed (I think the finale is the only one with a "mystery" and it's piss poor/underbaked). PeteJ
Wasn't a great fan of this series but the last few minutes were great! Still prefer the one-off episodes rather than the season long stories though.
Beitel
I actually liked the last two-parter, it helps that it was build towards throughout the season without compromising the individual episodes too much. It was certainly the most successful big plot in the series, but like PeteJ I think Archer just works a lot better as one-off episodes (which is why season 6 was such a winner for me). Not a bad season at all, but also not top tier. On 19/05/2016 at 4:46 PM, Lorfarius said: Archer Vice was NOT a slog. You need to give up and watch another show The four-parter at the end certainly was and Cheryl's country singer subplot felt forced (and I love that weirdo pyromaniac). It did have some good stuff, but just enough to fill a couple of episodes, not 13.

Silent Runner
Yeah, there's 3 left this season according to the wiki. They just haven't got air dates yet. E. Hold up, AV Club says that was the last one this season. Oh. Edited June 4, 2016 by Silent Runner
curium
Which series do you think was the high water mark?
Sirloin
2nd series I think. Don't think there's a duff episode in there.
Beitel
I never really rewatched earlier seasons, but from memory I also think that's the best one. Maybe it's time to revisit the first three seasons, since it's been so long. I remember loving the first two and then gradually losing interest each season until 6 changed that trend. Matt Defis
WTF, that was terrible and worse than that it was boring.
Silent Runner
Nah, that was good. No jokes mind, but it sets up the World nicely and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes. Pam was best, just like she in all the Archer-verses.
Tetchy
Yeah, it was a good start. There were a lot of callbacks to things from the previous series which were cleverly woven into this.
Chadruharazzeb
I didn't find it particularly funny to be honest, in fact I thought the acting and dialogue seemed extremely half arsed.
Hexx
3 episodes in and I'm finding this a bit...dull. There's far too much exposition/plot in each one (and actually comparatively little plot movement since it's all overarching and long game) and so few jokes in there. There's also so little of the group together playing (or terrorizing) each other...
