I thought N64 meant 'Nine hundred and 64 awesome textures'...how was i to know?! How!?

Nah according to morrius the texture streaming was fixed in a patch, but i bought the ps3 version, and it was bad on that, so then decided to try the pc version so i torrented it, (no demo, thanks acti) tried it out, and when it was actually worse on PC i thought 'like fuck am i paying for this', and deleted it. Then traded in the ps3 version!

Picked up Crysis 2 again now the DX11 patch and high res textures are available.

Yup. I think its from the pc version of SH3

Bioshock still looks good IMO. Replayed welcome to rapture today and the atmosphere is still amazing, shits on anything in BS2

Hell yes. The lighting in soc complete is beautiful. The skybox, and sunset, are just amazing. God i love that game so much

trying out the rather snazzy sikkmod for doom 3. sorry for the boring sreenshots, i was admiring the new dof effects a bit too much

I only just noticed those Wii HD shots. Incredible stuff - it's amazing how hard it is to go back to Sub-HD when you've seen razor sharp lines and rock solid colours like those.

Thanks for the heads-up, just been messing with this - it's brilliant! Some of the other effects are really nice too (I like HDR with the color correction setting turned on). Not too heavy a performance hit either, depending on which ones you turn on.

It makes the game look a lot like Riddick on the 360.

Yeah theres some really great effects in it, i have HDR, bloom, motionblur and DOF turned on, it looks great. The soft shadows effect really kills performance tho, which makes sense, considering how many shadows were in doom 3

It's been quite good for games, I've installed all the Valve stuff, Civ5, Starcraft 2, the Sam and Max games, Amnesia etc. L4D2 runs fine in 1920x1200 for example. I haven't tried anything in Windows yet.
