No-one joined me so I started a random game.

I rule :D

Would've been more but the game was started without me - I hate it when people just start while you are still typing to them. Tossers!

If anyone wants a game, ever, please PM me or something. I was really getting into it but then everyone just went :(

What time are you guys going to be around tonight?

I'm going out at around 9 so if anyone is around before then I'd be up for a game.

Failing that, how about we arrange something for Sunday night at about 8pm?

Thurrabred - yes you can, cant remember the button to press though. It was in the top right of the screen and you just typed a name in and that was it.

Oh, hold on... you'll need 2 network cards on your PC wouldn't you? 1 for BB and one for linking up xbox.

Damn <_<

Yeah I thought I was buggered too originally....til I realised that my modem could work via USB as well as network card. Hooked the modem up that way, freeing up the network card for the xbox.

Dunno if that'd work in your situation though but worth mentioning.

Jonny5 - I'll have you a game or 2 if you want. My email * if you use msn, I find it easier to use that when trying to arrange a game.

Has anyone tried having 2 xboxes (system linked) at their place and going on xbconnect?

a ) Does it work?

b ) Is it lagtastic?

How about we use our forum names for the games? ie, I'm called Gaz usually on Halo but it would be nice to know who's killing who.

What time for the rest of you?

What gametype?

Krypto, I've added you to my MSN list. I'm J0NNY5 (zero, not oh) on XBConnect too and I'll make a J0NNY5 profile on Halo so you can see how many times you've killed me.

I'll be signed in when I get home and probably have a bit of Halo practise first.

I'll play anything, I'm not fantastic though - I get murdered when playing on Legendary. <_<

Ahh... good idea, My modem is USB compatible so it should work. Thanks for that!

I'll probably be on tonight then. XBConnect tag will be Yawdib, if its not taken and my profile on halo is also "Yawdib". Hopefully see you all tonight!

*rubs hands together*

Halo is just too good on multiplayer. When I was playing it yesterday, it was the first time 'properly' for a while and it really is amazing.

My favourite bit was when this other guy is heading my way in a tank. I see the gun barrel swing my way. I jump. I see the vapour trail pass underneath me. In midair I change to the Sniper Rifle. Before I hit the ground, I'd shot the bugger in the head. HAVE IT. <_<

Right i'm ready for a game now (I'll let you know that I have NEVER played halo in MP except with my 10 year old brother who doesn't even like the game :))

I've set up my modem/router so that it is connected through USB, now i just need to sign up to xbconnect, back in a few mins :o
