Graham S
Disappointing. Out of £2,685.96 of tickets spread across the max of 20 sessions, I've just got 1 session. Either a swimming heat, or most likely, the football final. Ah well.
KRP
I haven't heard shit. I was 'only' in for about £250 worth, but I'll be gutted if I don't get anything.
timgp
£210 of tickets against a possible max of £2750. Dismal, I'm so over the Olympics. EDIT: I'm hoping that they're taking more than one payment.
BossSaru
Not had anything from my card as of yet. Was really hoping for some tennis tickets too.
SharkEnergy
Bit of a shambles. I applied for 2 minor events at the last minute and havent heard a thing. Also i mailed them a month back regarding what psn card cancellers should do and havent heard back on that either (didnt cancel in the end but not the point really). Indy @ S.E.
I got a replacement card due to fraud, I emailed them couple days ago and got a reply stating that if the payment fails, they'll be in touch by June 10th to take alternative details. Not very hopeful though, only put in about £500 worth...
Ork1927
Haven't had any money taken - only applied for football in Cardiff and really can't see that all the events I applied would have sold out. However, I've just lost the stupid card I used so now not sure what to do. Is the deadline 100% today for money coming out?
Bushtopher
I've had £60 taken, out of about £800 applied for. From looking at my application, that means I'm either off to the archery or the beach volleyball. I'm really hoping for the latter! Disappointing result though - applied for lots of cycling and swimming and got nowt
Kramer
I've got quite lucky then, it would seem. Have had £468 taken from my account today, from £1200 application. Can't work out what I have, but it should include one of my chosen 'premium' events.
El Pibe
Nothing for us yet. Bit gutted as we went for hockey and handball hoping that others wouldn't. Oh well, looks like we'll have to make do with watching the water sports from my sister's balcony!
grounded_dreams
Cash was debited out late last night. Out of a total £591 over eight sessions, £346 was taken out. Very impressed with that amount. Now need to do the calculations on what events I have got.
Cosmic_Guru
Only £26 here - which will be either a Wimbledon day pass or a football quarter final. That was from around £250 worth of applications.
shock33
£46.... Absolutely no idea what that is as I can't log in to check what I bought (site seems to have crashed) and preliminary checks aren't giving me much of a clue... EDIT - AHA! looks like football prelims at wembley on 29th July, better than a kick in the crotch!
Sirloin
Had £508 go out! Must have got athetics tickets or something. Either that or fencing and wrestling.
Yiggy
So it seems most people who chose premium events are left disappointed. Thats going to make the glut of sponsor comps and giveaways quite difficult to stomach. I guess it was always going to happen though.
Sirloin
Think I got everything EXCEPT the athletics, which will be a little annoying.
Mike
From a £700+ application, £94.00 was taken. As myself, my brother and a friend had planned on spending a week in London around the time of the Olympics to watch what we'd applied for I think whatever the £94 has gone on will be getting refunded and someone else can have the tickets. SharkEnergy
Clearly the corporate side is winning out here plus the lucky few. There will be a lot of empty events too when you consider that of the 6 million ticket apps 1 million were for the 100 final
Hawkeye
Nothing. I guess that's what happens when your main interests are cycling and athletics.
milko
Nothing for me either. Pretty sure we went for some minority sports as well, dangit.
catinthehat
I've been charged about 400 quid out of a maximum of 600, so hopefully I've got everything I wanted at the cheaper prices.
Graham S
The Times wanted to send a photographer so i could do one of those sad / disappointed faces in front of the fences in Greenwich Park. I said they were welcome to use my quotes, but I'm not doing the newspaper disappointed face.

However, I've just lost the stupid card I used so now not sure what to do. Is the deadline 100% today for money coming out? Money now come out - got all the tickets I applied for footy in Cardiff so will be seeing the very first event of the 2012 Olympics (women's footy), a mens football double header, a quarter final and the men's bronze medal game. Good stuff - just got to hope my mates haven't all got lots of tickets so I have someone to go with (sell the other seat to). Only got one for the bronze medal game though. will
£350/£1200, not bad considering that others seems to have done a lot worse. I really hope that I managed to get tickets for the basketball quarter finals.

There will be a lot of empty events too when you consider that of the 6 million ticket apps 1 million were for the 100 final You have your stats muddled. 6 million tickets 20 million applications 1.8 million unique applicants 1 million applications for opening ceremony 1 million applications for 100m final. El Pibe
£126 out of around £260 so pretty happy! Applied for £20 tickets so that must mean 3 events for me and the wife!
probeater
Government ticket allocation for 2012 Games questioned Regarding the 9000 tickets the government has kept for themselves, I hope someone submits a foi request, like to see a break down of exactly what events they are for, I bet they are for the ones that are most in demand Why on earth did they not give priority to Londoners seeing that they will be funding the cost of the olympics for the next two decades? I got nothing which isn't surprising as I didn't apply for anything though I will be watching the events in Weymouth.
Weavus
Applied for over £2000 worth of tickets, didn't get any... I live less than 5 minutes walk to the Stadium so its going to be a bit depressing being so close without any tickets next year

Mr Cochese
I'm quite impressed that they simultaneously didn't have enough tickets for all the applicants to get one, and had enough tickets that many applicants could go to multiple events.
