Everytime i go to use my Vita it is flat, can anyone recommend a charging cradle/stand? I have seen the official one on Amazon for £30 but didn't wish to spend that much. Are there any other options?

 

 

Found another seller has it for £16.25, may just go for that.

Do you have a PS4 too? I use this one, although they no longer stock it online so you'll have to use their store stock search function.

I kinda miss my VITA. I used it purely as a WipeOut & EDF machine. Problem is they have just kinda hit a price stick at about £100ish. The missus would kill me if I bought another at that.

I love my Vita. It's easily my most played console. I'm just finishing up Tales of Hearts R, then I've got Trails of Cold Steel as my next JRPG. And I just bought Trillion: God of Destruction and have Axiom Verge next week.

Are you leaving a game running? As in, not suspending it? I find if I don't do that the battery dies quickly but if you press the PS button before switching off it lasts for weeks.

It's supposed to suspend when you just press the power button, but it looks like it's really inconsistent.

It does suspend just... differently. Returning to the homescreen before hitting the power button is consistently how to not find your battery running dead all the time.

Also it doesn't auto-suspend PSP games at all. If you don't press the PS button before suspending a PSP game it drains as if you were still playing it.

Looking forward to it. Will be interesting to see how they incorporate all the controls as it used pretty much every function of the dualshock. Remote play was a bit screwy as a result.

I assume this is just a bundle of the 3 PSP games (Chinatown, Vice and Liberty) right? Can't find any news about it.

They did all those mobile ports, so maybe we'll get lucky and have Vita versions of GTA3, VC, and SA. Like those unexpected Vita versions of Civ Rev and XCom that were translations of the mobile ports.

I have a new memory card on the way, are the saves saved to the cloud or do i need to do something prior to the swap?

If you have PS Plus you can send your Vita game saves to the cloud. PSP and PSone saves can't be backed up that way. The best bet might be to get Content Manager and perform a full back-up to your computer, then restore from that, to make sure you don't miss anything.

Kind of odd how the Address Disruptor is under a touchscreen button, I would've expected a backpad touch option. Works fine though. On my way to get the Field Disruptor.

Looks prettier but has half the framerate and half the content.

Anyone else playing Severed? It's fantastic. Great atmosphere and looks, and just feels really at home on a Vita. Was a bit worried that I wouldn't like it as I never got on with games like Infinity Blade, but this plays much better.

I was going to buy DJ Max Technika Tune from PlayAsia but i don't want to get stung by import charges. Am i better off paying the extra £6/7 and buying it from a UK seller?

You could try VG Plus. They normally mark down, and periodically offer free worldwide shipping.

 

Play-Asia are awful.
