My mum won a 2nd hand board game in her church's Christmas Raffle - a minty mint copy of Telestrations. We've had a quality time over chrimbo playing it with respective family and friends, and with each group on different nights this game was the biggest hit each time. :)

SC should be complete and includes mission dreadnaught...

Anyone in at £30 then?

Heroquest has broken swords(?) £15?

Would love to give Heroquest a go with my kids so would gladly take it off your hands. Tempted by Space Crusade too if Nathan thinks better of it :-)

Look, to be honest, if you put SC on ebay complete in good nick and with Dreadnaught, you'd quite possibly net yourself the better part of a hundred quid - a recent similar one sold for £72 plus £7 postage, as an example. I'd never pay that for it, but I would most certainly give you £30 for it if you're happy with that, but that's way beyond mate's (fellow forumizer) rates. It's worth what people will pay for it. Although a slight ball-ache, ebay would be well worth your time in this case. If you put it on with a BiN of £75 it'd be gone in a day or two.

Edit - but yeah, if you just want it to go to a good home and you're not fussed on cash, I'll definitely take it for that.

PMre lost valley of Dino's!

I had space crusade + Dreadnought + Eldar missions @_@; but they where all enlisted into my 40k army and Space crusade just got disbanded! @_@;

Yep, me too. I had SC, Advanced SC and all the expansions as a youngster but I suspect they found their way to a cherridy shop once I left home for uni in '97. The ebay examples above are for pretty much mint ones, but even if you can verify it as 90% complete you'll get £50 or more for it. Damn shame my momma didn't keep hold of it all. That would have made my current (early, I hope) mid-life crisis much easier and cheaper.

Got For $ale and Guillotine for £2.99 each.

There were a number of other decent games (this was in the St. Gemma's Hospice shop in Yeadon, Leeds), but prices were on the high side:

Power Grid: £29.95

Ticket To Ride Europe: £29.95

Perplexcity: £29.95

Munchkin Quest: £29.95

RoboRally: £29.95

There was also Bohnanza for £9.95.

Also posted in Carboot thread but thought I'd share here... Found these 90's Roleplaying games for a couple of quid each this morning.

Couple of them are unplayed. The Shadowrun one looks great but no doubt far too complicated (and fiddly) for me to ever play.

I bought Battle of the Halji with Christmas money when I was ten after seeing it advertised in White Dwarf (1987!) but had to take it back because it was too complicated for me.

Picked up a minty, recent copy of Enchanted Forest for £1 from my local charity shop. Not much here to interest the adults (although it won the SdJ in 1982!), but a great one for my three year-old, who is getting very interested in dice and roll and move mechanics. Lovely Ravensburger production quality.
