just checking, it's the 4 zelda 1 in a DVD case i assume?  or will it be loose?  there's no info on the iste...

I dunno mate, I would think it was in a DVD case

We got them at Gamestation, but not sure about selling though - they're meant to be given with the GameCubes. So us staff aren't allowed to take them. ;)

They're in DVD cases, sealed, and with a nice cover and stuff.

It won't work. WHY!? I try using IE and it closes the window when I get to payment details. I try Mozilla and the confirm button on the payment part doesn't seem to do anything. Should I try again latter or have Comet rumbled us?

The website uses the same item description (GCN ZELDA BONUS) in the new GameCube bundles, so surely it must be the 4 game disc... ?

Let's hope so anyway ;)

If it is the disc that is being given away with GCs, COMET should not be allowed to sell it. It states on the cover that it is for p[romotional use only. COMET may get into a bit of trouble ofver this so better get em while you can.

Exactly, I can't understand how they're getting away with it or why such a big store would do this. Are we missing something?

Anyway, I went to both Game stores in Brighton yesterday and said I didn't get the disc with the Gamecube bundle I recently bought ;) . Got two nice copies now, thanks very much!

Emulation. The NES games look exactly as they did on NES.

The N64 stuff looks better as it runs at higher res and has a lot less slowdown (they still max at 30fps though).

Its hard to remember exactly what the N64 graphics were like as I never owned one. I just managed to play it whenever I went round to my mates.

This is the main reason I was deserate to get this disk, I needed to play Ocarina of Time! This is the only game on the disk ive been playing and so its the only one I can comment on. Its just great! The kokiri woods, the deku tree, Hyrule field, they all bring back those memories that are special to me.

Graphics wise its still very acceptable. Dont think its been beefed up, though I could be wrong as I never owned the original. The animations for link are great as are the bright outdoor colours. Sometimes the indoor environments seem a bit drab but I can live with that. The charaters are quite blocky and sharp, but thats the way it was made and it doesnt matter to me. The sound is excellent and the controls for the cube are fine with no major problems.

If you love Zelda games and, like me, seemed to have somewhat missed the boat with the N64 games, you need to own this. It really is the ultimate collectors edition for the cube. In my opinion it is a new reason to buy a game cube!

Or maybe it's the perfect dig that Nintendo need to get in their heads. Goooo Comet! Hats off to what they're doing.

Actually, I think I hate the Zelda games. Got bored of it on the SNES, got stuck and gave up on the N64 and never even got it on the GC as I fear I'll play it for an hour or so and then condemn it to the "later" pile. I might have got this disc if the NES version had been beefed up a bit but I can't bring myself to play games that are almost 20 years old without even the slightest of make overs.
