PGR2 - Easiest Way to unlock cars

Not sure if this should be in online, but it refers to the cars which can be used in SP too.

I'm sure lots of you "haven't bothered" to unlock cars yet. Well when you go online, you look like a knobber. You won't win, and people will laugh at you. Girls won't like you, and you will get spots. You will eventually be seen dancing on the internet, singing "Aisha..."

So go into "Ghost Challenge" [from the main menu]. Select one of the All-Time challenges.

You now have every car class available to you...by scrolling up and down the classes you will see what cars you do and do not have.

Now simply go through them and pick the best car/s of each class...and if you've got any spare tokens get a few others you fancy.

Then we might not laugh at you in your Renault Spiders and Saleens...

What? That's not even the easiest way to unlock the cars Penguin Lad! And besides, unlocking cars if you have the tokens isn't the most complex procedure you could come up against in the game is it?

Ok so what's the easiest way?

People online seem to think so:

"I didn't know you could unlock cars without playing through the classes..."

Anyway - For fucks sake I'm trying to HELP people who don't seemingly know how to purchase the cars in the game. I suppose you've all played online a lot and never experienced the problem...it would be nice to play a game where someone isn't in the shittest car in the class, because they haven't bothered/DIDN'T know they could unlock the cars already.

If my topic helps one person realise this, then my job is done.

The rest of you girls can go jump.

Like kryptonian said, use the showroom.

Bloody hell. It's not showroom, it's not time attack.

Main Menu.

Ghost challenge, two moves to the right.

Press A.

Press A.

You now have all the classes and cars. You can see their stats, a little picture of them, and buy the ones you want.

The showroom takes bloody ages to walk around, and the car classes are mixed up.

My mate Jon didn't though and I guess it is tucked away a bit.

It's the garage. It's towards the back of it. You will see it just walk around the garage, tis not too big.

How to get cars!

1. Earn tokens

2. Save up tokens

3. Go to "buy a car" section

4. Spend tokens on cars!

In typical Edge/Rllmuk forum style, someone comes up with something to help the none-informed, and everyone breaks out the flame-thrower and the cocktail sausages. :D

How do you get the cars that are locked? I have bought the best of the ones that are available, but some are purchaseable. I have finished the main kudos mode and have a fairly high rank.

I'm pretty sure you have to earn Silvers, Golds, Plats in all the classes...then they become available.
