@SpatialI was order number 81817 and backer 1818, I am part of a Marvel United Facebook group and I must have been one of the first in the UK to get there's tbh (mine arrived 11th march), I figured it was because I had ordered so much and it did appear they were doing the bigger orders first. It seemed from that FB group that the all in pledges followed and now it appears that its smaller pledges. I'd have assumed all of the all in pledges had been sent out if it wasn't for what you're saying. I hope you get an update soon and hope it all arrives undamaged!

Yay, my pledge has arrived!

 

Holy crap, that's a lot of stuff. I mean, you see the photos, but it still never prepares you for the sheer amount of stuff when it actually arrives :omg:

 

Going to have to open it all later and make sure it's all okay.

My son and I played the core set at the weekend. We both really enjoyed it. I can see it taking a fair amount of playtime away from the PS5/Switch.

Oh hey, the Marvel Zombies pledge manager has landed... guess it's time to add that shipping and VAT... still, their estimated cost for that wasn't too ba...

I know things are messed up globally right now, but I think this will be the last CMON Kickstarter I ever back - I'll just go basic retail on their stuff from this point on. The money I'll save on additional plastic models can go to other stuff and I won't have to worry about paying through the nose and still ending up with damaged trays or boxes (only to be told by CMON Customer Support to get stuffed).

 

Compare this to Awakened Realms who recently swallowed the increased shipping costs for Etherfields (and even put up a mini card expansion for people who wanted to pitch in to help towards the shipping costs). CMON have just told people to suck it up.

Yeah I'm honestly unsure whether it's going to be worth it at this point. I'm moving house this coming weekend and will have two mortgages to pay for a few months so just can't justify the actual costs compared with their estimates. I'm thinking I'm just going to cancel this rather than pay it, sure I'll lose 10% but the shipping and vat equals the cost of fully backing several other KS projects.

It does, but having backed a KS for a similar thing back in Marck 2020, I'm still waiting on delivery now so I'm wary.

As I was talking about Mind MGMT in another thread, I seem to have caused the Harrow County Kickstarter to launch.

 

If you're anything like me (aNd I kNoW i Am), the asymmetrical nature of the conflict and the Southern Gothic setting might appeal.

 

edit - Gone off this a bit now. They want to include a Solo mode, which I'm fine with in principle, but the solo information is going to be displayed upside down on the bottom of the regular cards, which sounds like absolutely hideous design for me. I'm pretty sure that in the board game world, Solo play is quite fringe with some very vocal proponents, and while I'm happy for them to have their thing, I really hate it compromising the 'main' design of a game.

@Captain Kelsten I'm pretty sure all of their retail stuff has been reprinted and is on its way to stores, the black goat of the woods great old one was impossible to get for a good while fetching high costs on the secondary market and the extra dice were also impossible to get, I managed to snag both recently and have been waiting for season 2 to come back in stock which it appears GamesLore have just got in so hopefully you will get the core box soon too. Probably worth adding in the unspeakable box in the new campaign if you can stretch to it, nice amount of content although the cost is high but not even close to the eBay prices.

 

I have backed this and added the unspeakable box (which I was getting close to spending silly money for on eBay) and the other GOO. Such a great game and cant wait to see what else comes over the rest of the campaign, I suspect a season 4 will be part of it as well!

I did fancy the unspeakable box but decided instead to buy a whole load of Necromunda :D
